In the news recently, Reese Witherspoon and husband Ryan Phillippe are splitting up. I don't even want to talk about it. I really thought they were going to go the distance.

The couple's rep released a statement to TMZ Monday morning that says "We are saddened to announce that Reese & Ryan have decided to formally separate. They remain committed to their family and we ask that you please respect their privacy and the safety of their children at this time."

It seems that this housewife Marcia Cross has been taking nude pictures with her husband and then oops, threw them in the trash. Now someone has found them and the blackmail is on.

Marcia Cross is a real redhead, judging by some nude photos that the genuinely desperate "Housewife" hopes to keep off the market.

Phoenix-based agent David Hans Schmidt has gotten his hands on more than 200 personal photos of the titian-tressed actress.

"There are some pictures of her showering outside," Schmidt tells us. "She looks absolutely gorgeous. And yes, the carpet does match the curtains."

Schmidt is representing the owner of a carting firm hired to remove trash from Cross' home in L.A. According to Schmidt, one of the firm's employees discovered the photos when he got to the dump.

Cross is demanding their return. Her lawyers argue that no matter where the photos were found, they are the copyrighted property of Cross and her husband, Tom Mahoney, who may have taken some of them. Cross' attorneys maintain the photos were thrown out by mistake.

Personally, she's my second favorite housewife after Felicity Huffman. She used to be my third favorite, but I downgraded Teri Hatcher after realizing that Bree Van De Kamp is just so damn quirky, it makes her cute while Susan Mayer is cute, but kind of hopeless.

Lynette Scavo on the other hand has always been the hottest, not based on looks totally, but also her great personality and how she handles her family and marraige.

Errr, that is if I were to ever watch Desparate Housewives. And I don't. Never.

Yes, it's true. Paris Hilton tries not to stand out when she dresses like a cop and NOT like a "lingerie clad streetwalker who turns trick to get back at her rich daddy rather then doing it for money" like she's been dressed up as in previous years. Have a look for yourself.

It's funny. You go to a Halloween party and there are the teddy bears, pumpkins, a couple Jedi warriors or Stormtroopers, and even a Jason/Freddy or two. There are princesses, cowboys, and yes...some clowns.

In Holly-weird though, life is strange and it's all about being more attention getting then the other people. Next year they will both just be naked and have paint on costumes. You'll see.

Naomi Campbell was arrested AGAIN. This time, a woman has claimed Campbell attacked her. Hmmmm, how odd that this is like the 3rd time she's been arrested due to some anger/hitting related charge. Soon she'll be on Oprah again saying it's all a mistake.

The Sun newspaper reported the woman who filed the complaint was Campbell's drug counselor and that the therapist said she was "scratched all over her face" by the hot-tempered model.

Campbell's spokesman said there had been a misunderstanding.

Yeah, a misunderstanding. The drug counselor probably said something like stop being a junkie and then Naomi when all cat-scratch fever on her. It was a misunderstanding. Right.

So this is Lucy Clarkson who was the model Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider games. She's also done...uhhhhh, nothing. It seems she went to some event and had a message that she wanted to pass on.

Of course to broadcast the message to the world, most people at these things give interviews. Not this nutball...
