is one of the coolest dudes around. Every time I see him in either a movie, an appearance, or an interview you can help but just like the guy.

The Rock

I checked out his IMDB entry just to see what the latest scoop was and here’s what I found.

  • (2008) (announced) (in talks) …. Billy Batson/Captain Marvel
  • Witch Mountain (2009) (pre-production)
  • (2008) (post-production) …. Agent 23

I really hope he does Shazam. I reported it back in May (Flickscribe) that he mentioned it, but how cool would that be?

In the meantime here’s some more rock candy from the 2007 Teen Choice Awards just for the ladies.

I agree. I’ve loved The Rock since his days in the WWE and am one of the few that may be GLAD he left to spread his wings and show his talents. I just hope he gets the respect he deserves from the industry and its fans. I’m extremely proud of the work that he’s done and hope to see him reach the level of success that me and so many of his other fans think…KNOW he deserves. Thank you for sharing.

You’re welcome. I’ll tell you that I don’t think I’ve ever seen him do any real horrible work. He was even good in The Scorpion King if you ask me. That being said, I think he deserves big success too.

I am also quite happy that The Rock has moved on and done what Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper were only barely able to do, and create a movie career for himself. I think one thing he has going for him is that he can act, and when he is in a movie you think of him as whomever he is trying to be, not just simply The Rock on the big screen. I am very interested in seeing him in Witch Mountain as that was one of my favorite movies growing up in the 70′s!
