It’s Sunday and almost brunching time for me, but I wanted to share a quick clip. Britney Spears formerly known as “Louisana’s Finest’ is opening tonight’s MTV Video Music Awards. In the past these were highly anticipated, beyond awesome dancetravaganzas. Seeing the Britney we are currently saddled with can she pull off the “comeback” she’s been promising?
The fine folks at MTV have a video teaser up. I really do want her to surprise the heck out of me and bring back the fierceness. This clip is a glimmer of hope. But am I too easily impressed by a little midriff and a hip shake? What do you think?
