So yesterday, the Judge ordered that Britney Spears is a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances. She’s going to be tested twice a week at his orders.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon also ruled that both Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline may not consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances at least 12 hours prior to being with their children.Spears, alone, was ordered to meet with a “parenting coach” at least twice a week for a total of eight hours, according to court documents released Tuesday.

“The parenting coach is to observe (Spears’s) interaction with the minor children and her parenting skills,” the Commissioner wrote. The coach will provide lawyers on both sides with written reports, and will appear in court at the ex-couple’s next hearing on Nov. 26.

Britney pretty much bombed her VMA comeback according to everyone except Chris “Crybaby” Crocker and after that both her lawyer and her manager quit. The custody issue remains the same 50/50 split for the moment.

Then Britney decided to get things together for her kids sake and listen to the Judge. JUST KIDDING! She went out and partied at Hyde and then Winstons. She was taken home later (I’m just guessing here) after not having any drinks and thinking about her kids all night. Bwahahaha! Chortle…
