They finally decided that is more fit as a parent and ordered to turn the children over today at noon L.A. time.

Kevin Federline, the boys’ father, “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”

The story is still developing, but with all the hoops as far as drug tests and drinking I can’t wait to see what the actual reason she lost custody is. In true Britney style she turned the kids over to Kevin’s people in the parking lot of a Carl Jr’s.

    I thought I read that it was possibly because she was photographed all weekend driving her kids around even though she has a suspended license. She coulda leart some things about drivers licenses if she listened to KATG.

    Oh snap! Makes you realize that wearing panties and acting sane is NOT so overrated after all. Britney turned them over in a Carl’s Jr. parking lot? Nice.

    Is it just me or is anyone else anticipating the next melt down. I feel like any moment TMZ will release photos of her setting a cat on fire while wearing a dress made of corn husks.
    I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

    Yeah, something big is going to happen. I wouldn’t doubt she either has a COMPLETE meltdown or does a complete 180 and parties like she has no care in the world…
