Spears and Federline in Court today

Well at the moment, according to TMZ it’s just Kevin Federline who’s there for the court appearance, but rumors are that Britney Spears is there somewhere.
He is wearing a blue suit, white shirt and (wait for it) a patch on his right eye. AND he’s wearing sunglasses. Not kidding.
Update: so Britney was a no-show it seems and K-Fed will probably be in good shape.
Kevin Federline will retain custody of his children and Britney will get monitored visitation — this after a court hearing lasting nearly three hours.
There’s another hearing on October 26.
The Judge has ordered that both parties MUST attend the next hearing. That’s really just saying to Brit that she better shape up.

If they want her in court on the 26th they better get Chester Cheeto himself to leave a trail of delicious snacks from her home to the judges chambers.
