Blackout Album Sales are Dying:
The sales of Britney Spears album Blackout are dropping like a rock. The first week it sold very well, almost 290,000 copies but the second week it's cooling off fast with less then 100,00 expected.
Her "Blackout" is pretty much of a dud now, 13 days after release. Maybe because they couldn't do promotion or interview, Jive Records seems to have called it a day. When the single "Gimme More' stalled 10 days ago, they should have gone to another track. They had plenty from which to choose. But nothing's happened, and the momentum is gone.
Britney Pops a Positive on Drug Test:
News all over is claiming Britney Spears failed one the drug tests she actually showed up for, since she missed 8 out of 8 of her first 14 by sleeping in. Suppostedly it was a prescription drug, but the drug Provogil is not one they screen for in the test.
A source connected to Britney Spears tells TMZ that one of Brit's drug tests has come back positive, but the source claims she actually passed. The source maintains it was a false reading.
Britney Can't Drive Worth a Damn:
Now Kevin Federline's attourney is requesting the Judge in the custody case see the video shot by Splash Online that has Britney running a red light with her kids and the court appointed monitor in the car. You can see the video here
