It seems that actress Mischa Barton is now on the celebrity DUI list for 2007 by sliding in an arrest just days before the end of the year.
Mischa Barton has been arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license, according to a report.
The actress, 21, was pulled over early around 3 a.m. this morning in West Hollywood, according to the Web site, Hollyscoop.com.
She is still in custody, TMZ.com reports, and is being held on $10,000 bail.
This story is still developing, so I though I might as well just have these pictures of Mischa and her amazing “mom pants” that display an amazing amount of camel-toe. I don’t think this is going to help offset the Maxim photo shoot that she did for the December 2007 issue. All that good PR is now just as wasted as she probably was last night.
