Even before that, the dirt-bag was telling the tabloids that she's a sex-addict and revealing other personal details so the big implication was that the photos might have some nakedness involved.

Well, here's the boring photos he was trying to sell. I don't think they're scandalous at all and he's even a bigger jerk-off for even talking to the press and trying to sell stuff.
