Rebecca DeMornay Charged for DUI
Rebecca DeMornay has now been officially charged for an arrest from October. She was pulled over while driving around in Beverly Hills and the officers stated they "immediately detected the odor of alcohol." They did a field sobriety test on her and she failed and then blew a .09 on a breathalyzer (.08 is the limit).
The 48-year-old star, best known for playing a street-wise prostitute in the '80s Tom Cruise classic Risky Business, was charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit of .08, said a Los Angeles District Attorney's spokeswoman on Thursday.
And here I though Mischa Barton's DUI arrest would be the last one of the year. Are drivers or cabs that damn expensive?
