Britney Spears Most Important Court Date Yet

Today is make or break day in court for Britney Spears. It's the day she needs to go into court and answer to the judge for all the things she's done over the last while, most notably...the police "stand-off" and then hospitalization. Let's be frank here. When you're thinking of the best interests of the children, the crazy-show known as Britney is not helping make their lives better.

So with such importance on today's events, I'm sure Brit got a good nights rest and is well prepared, right? Stupid question.

Embattled pop star Britney Spears is due in court today in what's been dubbed her last chance of regaining visitation rights with sons Jayden James and Sean Preston - but given her track record, many are skeptical that she'll show.

And since Britney was out late into the evening last night, pounding down Red Bulls and, according to witnesses, visiting no less than five pharmacies, early bets are that the singer will be a no-show, which would probably be a big mistake.

"You can't phone this one in," said Mark Vincent Kaplan, the attorney for Kevin Federline. "I don't know if she will be there."

She spent the night hitting the Red Bull and pharmacies? Seriously, who does that? Maybe that freaky guy that huffs glue and paint that I see every now and then shambling around with the orange paint ring on his face, but not mothers concerned with giving their child a decent home. I'm not saying be mom of the year, but just do little things like be normal. That's a start.
