Britney Loses Visitation and Custody

After the whole chaos at the court yesterday when Britney Spears appeared and then left, the judge has ordered that she have no visitation or custody of the children at least until the next hearing date in on February 19th.

Britney Spears still may not visit her children, a court commissioner ruled Monday, following a custody hearing the pop singer missed.

Kevin Federline, who testified at the session, maintains sole legal and physical custody of their two sons Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, “indefinitely,” a court spokesman says.

“The word victory is not something Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to this situation,” Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said. “His hope is that he will be able to parent the children at some point in the future with participation from the mother.”

She’s just a big freaking ball of crazy drama right now. Look at the picture above and notice how Adnan clasps her wrist while guiding her around. I’ve point this out before and I’ve seen him do this on at least 4 different occasions. He just drags her around like a braless zombie while she buys him stuff, like the new Mercedes he got the other day. She’s got to be mental. There’s no other explanation at this point
