Gary Busey Was Really Creepy at The Oscars
Gary Busey was at the 2008 Academy Awards because they seem to give invitations to anyone. He was walking the red carpet and he went right for Ryan Seacrest. We all know exactly what Gary Busey will do, right? He'll act crazy and make everyone feel really awkward. He chats up Ryan Seacrest and kisses Jennifer Garner on the next and freaks her out.
I like how Ryan says at the end "we'll meet up at that party" and ditches Gary. That's how you deal with crazy. Confuse them. See for yourself.

Jeez…so Gary Busey was being his usual self. And Jennifer Garner was being clueless. She had no idea who “this man” was, and assumed that he was some street crazy. OMG Jennifer was kissed on the neck by another Hollywood celeb. Jen bugged out over nothing. Brava.
