It's been ruled that Britney Spears is not able to participate in court hearings regarding her conservatorship and her attorney says it could be "harmful" for her to participate. After she went really crazy, her father Jamie Spears was placed in charge of all her finances and her estate and he's actually doing a great job.

Samuel Ingham, Spears' court-appointed attorney, and attorneys for the pop star's father and conservator, James Spears, spent 90 minutes in Commissioner Reva Goetz' chambers Thursday.

Ingham told the court afterward that Spears' medical condition is "fluid" because her treatment is changing.

I love how they say her condition is "fluid" because they never know when she's going to snap and flash her vajayjay to the world again or do any of the other really nutty things she's know to do. She's mental. That's about all you can say on the matter.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were out recently and they took that next step by having members of the family meet. This is what's known as the "approval" stage, so I'm pretty sure we can bet that the "have sex" stage has been taken care of already.

The duo - who are "together," a source says in the new issue of PEOPLE - were spotted Wednesday afternoon lunching with Ronson's writer-mom, Ann Dexter-Jones and Lohan's sister Ali, 14, at the Italian restaurant Gino on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Although Lindsay, 21, ate little of her veal parmesan, says a source, Dexter-Jones insisted the group indulge in dessert: "Cheesecake - with four forks!" she cheerily told the waiter, though Ronson, 30, opted for lemon sorbet.

People keep saying Lindsay is gay or a lesbian, but as we know from her past history, she has a healthy love of the male genitals. I believe technically that makes her a bi-sexual woman. I'm not totally sure how that works although I've seen literally hundreds of movies on the subject. To be fair, most of the ones I've seen involved cheerleaders somehow and I'm still trying to figure out if that's an important factor.

I messed with Clay Aiken once and the Claymates came out in full force to kick my butt, but here I go again because I just can't help myself. Clay Aiken has gotten a woman pregnant! I know! I'm totally blown away!

Here's what we know. Multiple sources tell us the mother is Jaymes Foster, a record producer and Clay's best friend. He lives at her home when he's in L.A.We're told 50-year-old Foster, who produced several Aiken CDs, is due in August. She's the sister of record mogul David Foster. She divorced a few years back and has no kids. Aiken is 29.

We're told Foster was artificially inseminated. But Clay is a lot more than sperm -- we're told he will have an active role in raising the child.

Hold on a second...I thought the Claymates told me he had a girlfriend or something, yet he's going to raise a kid with this 50-year-old chick? What's up with that? And why is she referred to as his "best friend" and not something a bit more traditional? I'm starting to think something funny is going on here. It's almost like he's not into women or something. Jake Gyllenhaal is totally into Reese Witherspoon and her kids, which he thinks of as his own. Now it's possible they could be getting married soon because rumors say he wants to have more kids.

In fact, sources say the couple has grown so close that Jake practically considers Reese's kids his own — and now friends of the actor say he's pushing to tie the knot with his Legally Blonde love so that the two can start a family of their own!

"He knows he might be jumping the gun thinking of kids, but he knows that Reese is the one," a pal of Jake tells OK!. "He laughs and says he needs to propose and do this the right way. It really is first comes love, then comes marriage — cheesy as that sounds, it's the way he thinks!"

Mariah Carey was in Japan the other day and I didn't even bother posting the pictures because they bored me. The video is far more impressive anyway because she was taken to the mound to throw the opening pitch for a baseball game at the Tokyo Dome yesterday and she rolled it right on in to the catcher. I really don't get how people can't throw stuff. Monkeys can fling poop quite well and they don't have opposable thumbs for crying out loud!

What do you give your wife for a wedding present? If you said a giant bee made out of Lego, then you're goofy too. Pete Wentz had the bee commissioned for his wife Ashlee Simpson for some silly reason like "bee mine forever."

I was commissioned to create a bee. Why a bee? Because it is romantic of course. In Hindu myth, Kama, the god of love, has a bow and arrows, and the bow string is made up of bees. In the ancient Greek world the bee symbolized the soul because they migrated in swarms. And the Roman god of love, Cupid, is often pictured with bees or being stung.

I made this bee for a boy who wanted to give his girl a special wedding gift. They are a fun couple as evidenced by their Alice in Wonderland themed wedding. And didn't Alice think she saw a bee in "Through the Looking Glass?"
