Denise Richards was on The Today Show getting interviewed by Matt Lauer about what's being called Hollywood's nastiest divorce from actor Charlie Sheen. She wanted to set the record straight on an email supposedly from her requesting some of Charlie's sperm for another baby was totally doctored. Here's the email:

Dear Brooke,

I don't want to have a baby with Charlie. I am having a baby in the next year. By myself...my girlfriend suggested Charlie be the donor. SO, I did bring this up to him. There are so many couples having unhealthy children. Charlie and i have very beautiful healthy children together. I was strictly looking for a sperm donor if it's any of your business. If it were him, I said we would sign a document that he couldn't come after me and I couldn't come after him..this wasn't to have sex with him, it was him donating..that's it. I didn't want him to tell you at this time because it was something very personal that I'm doing myself.

It was funny that she was claiming people don't understand her and that she never went on television and aired their dirty laundry to the public, but that's what she was doing today. So now she's doing a reality show (yeah, she was marketing her poor self) called Denise Richards: It's Complicated and she intends to have her daughters on the show. She must have mentioned she's a single mother about 10 times, we got it.

She ended up saying the same thing to Lauer any gossipy neighbor will tell you in the laundry room. "I wasn't going to say anything, but..."

She says Charlie had signed the consent form, but then later wanted increased custody in return and she doesn't want to change it. She also called him a "stranger" even though they were married and have kids.

By the end of the interview I realize 1) she does have a down-turned mouth and 2) I really, really hate her. I love how with this and the whole stole Heather Locklear's boyfriend issue, Denise is always the poor, poor innocent victim. You can see a video of her on The View after she did Today where Whoopi calls her out a bit on the kid issue and Denise plays more "poor me" and brings up her mom dying at just the right time.

Alright...I can't technically prove that that Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty are high, but the two wonders to the junkie world made a YouTube video together that shows them playing with some newborn mice and rambling incoherently. I'm fine with accents and still I barely understood half the darn thing. She also seemed to have a message for her husband Blake who's in jail still.

In it, Winehouse holds one of the tiny mice on her finger and uses it to send a message to her husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

"This one's got a message from Blake," she says. "Blake, please don't divorce mummy. She loves you ever so. Hang on, my big brother wants to say something."

Taking another mouse from Doherty, she continues: "Yeah, if you divorce her you'll have me to deal with. I'm only a day old. I don't know what I'm doing but I know what love is."

Remember just a bit ago when Kelly Brook decided Billy Zane was not the man she wanted to be with and the pair broke up? It seems now she's had a change of heart and recently just won him back.

Pals say she couldn't stand it when she found out he was seeing someone else, even though she was the one who broke off their engagement.

One said: "She was madly jealous and realised she wanted him back."

Kelly split with the Titanic star, 42, in February and he moved out of their £1million farmhouse in Maidstone, Kent.

They kept the break-up secret for two months and remained friends, with Billy even telling her about his new love.

Gradually, she realised she wanted him back and set about wooing him over a series of long-distance phone calls to South Africa, where Billy has been filming new movie Surviving Evil.

Pals are shocked by her decision though. The source added: "Kelly could have any man in the world. She's panicked but we feel she should have moved on. It's clear he had."

The word is that Nick Hogan is not doing very well jail. He received an eight-month sentence and he has like seven-months and three-weeks left to go. Sure he was reckless driving and speeding and put his buddy John Graziano in a coma, but don't hold that against him.

"Nick's doing really bad. He's struggling to even form a sentence," one friend said. "They have him in a cell by himself, isolated from the general population, because of threats. He didn't understand how awful jail really is until now." That will be small consolation to Graziano's relatives, who say Hogan has done very little for their son since the crash.

R Kelly's child pornography trial has officially started and for the record, this is not the same one from back in 2003 (I thought it was at first too). I understand people being confused though, because back then he was nailed for 12 counts of child pornography from pictures of him having sex with minor. This time there's a video tape that was mailed in by some unknown person that features Kelly supposedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

The body of evidence in the R.Kelly kiddie-porn case could come down to this: a mole on the R&B raunchmeister's back.

During opening arguments in his sex-tape trial Tuesday, the defense said the singer couldn't possibly be the man who cavorted with a girl as young as 13.

Kelly, 41, has a "significant" mole on his lower middle back, one that's been there since childhood, said lawyer Sam Adam Jr.

And the man seen performing a variety of explicit sex acts on the raw video made between 1998 and 2000?

"There is no mole on his back," Adam told jurors in a packed Chicago courtroom.

"Robert Kelly is not on that tape. ... Not a single witness can tell you that is him on the tape."

The defense also claimed the girl on the tape is not the same person prosecutors have identified as the victim. They say the person on the tape is a prostitute.

Kelly's supposed sex partner - who was between 13 and 15 at the time - also denies she's on the video.

Remember, this is the same guy that discovered the singer Aaliyah and they secretly married when she was 15. Guess what? She ended up making a hit album he produced called Age Ain't Nothin' But A Number. That's what Scooby and the gang call a clue folks. Both camps denied the marriage happened, but Vibe magazine actually published a marriage certificate for them at one time.

If you add up all of these little misunderstandings of the upstanding R Kelly, I'm starting to think he might have a thing for young girls.

In a move that crushed thousands of hearts around the world, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren got married yesterday at a Beverly Hills courthouse. They walked in, applied for a licence and then did the deed.

According to a source, they were married in the Beverly Hills courthouse's ceremony room under an arch of green silk foliage and white flowers. They were casually dressed, with Alba wearing a long blue dress and her hair back in a ponytail.

"She looked happy but nervous," the source says.

Warren, in a white shirt and brown pants, arrived with Alba at about 11:30 a.m. on Monday, applied for a marriage license and waited about 40 minutes for the paperwork to be processed before a staff member from the courthouse married them, the source says.

Nobody else attended the wedding, the source adds.
