Jessica Simpson Looks Clingy

In these pictures, Jessica Simpson looks like she's in stage five clinger mode with boyfriend Tony Romo. It's probably because she's trying to minimize the damage caused by her meddling father Joe Simpson.

Jessica Simpson made surprise appearance at the CMA Music Festival Block Party in Nashville without on-again, off-again beau Tony Romo. Us Weekly reports in its new issue, on newsstands now, that Simpson's controlling father Joe has brought her relationship with Romo to the brink and was the main source behind their split in May - and he even tried to manage the NFL player's career.

Supposedly Joe was even a major factor in the break-up of her marriage to Nick Lachey. We all know he's into his daughter's body in a creepy way because he one said : "Jessica never tries to be sexy. … She just is sexy. If you put her in a T-shirt or you put her in a bustier, she’s sexy in both. She’s got double D's! You can’t cover those suckers up!"

Joe also has stated: "She's going to be a huge movie star. She's like Meg Ryan or Cameron Diaz, with probably more depth. When we're done, she'll play it all." Yeah...her last movie was rated horribly and actually went straight to DVD. She huge alright.
