Jessica Simpson is on the Case

Jessica Simpson heard the whole deal where Carrie Underwood said her ex-boyfriend (and Jessica's current one) Tony Romo still calls her. She decided to do some investigating.

"Tony and I both laughed at that," Simpson told Nashville radio station 107.5 The River. "We got a chuckle out of it."

Underwood, who dated the Dallas Cowboys quarterback in 2007, told Allure magazine in an interview for its September issue that sometimes "the phone will ring and it'll be [Romo], and I'll maybe not answer."

Underwood's comments are "definitely" not true, Simpson said.

So ... how does she know this?

"I looked at his call log."

This is the same girl that thought Chicken of the Sea was actually chicken. She could have just been looking at a text file full of names and thought it was a call log.
