Beyonce‘s publicist has confirmed the song choice she will be performing at the Inauguration of Barack Obama as “At Last” by Etta James.  Beautiful song, beautiful singer, but I’m not really sure how apropos the song choice is.  I get its symbolic meaning, but isn’t it about finally falling in love?  What’s B trying to tell us?

Etta James can still stop traffic though – she looks damn good.
