All over the place, the buzz is that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are going to get divorced and it's a big deal because 1) she's like 90 and supposedly perfect and 2) she's worth like 600 million. Supposedly there's no prenup which means that he's going to get paid.

Madonna has met with high-powered British divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton, The Times of London reports.

(Shackleton represented Paul McCartney in his split from Heather Mills. He ended up paying Mills only $48.6 million of the $160 million sought by Mills.)

One lawyer told The Times that Madonna, 49, had met with Shackleton after approaching another firm. (Guy Ritchie, 39, had been rumored "to have had dealings with a lesser-known Mayfair law firm, Forsters," according to The Times.)

When contacted by Usmagazine.com, her rep said: "No comment at this time, darling."

If this does happen, he's going to be like $300 million please and she's going to be like no way and then all hell will break loose. When you have that much though, does it matter? What's a few million here and there? Strangely enough...I don't have a million and I think I just figured out why.

You remember Denise Richards with her down-turned mouth, right? Just look at that mouth! It's like in a perma-frown. Anyway, now she's mad about yesterday's rumors that she was lying about being poor since it was leaked that she makes $600,000 just from child support and will probably make about 25 million from ex-husband Charlie's show Two and a Half Men.

Just like she told Matt Lauer though, she's never been the one to go public and say awful things about her ex. Oops...somebody is lying!

"Last week, I sent Charlie a text message asking him if he's going to Family Day [for daughter Sam's school] and letting him know Sam was sick with a cold," Richards said. "His response was, 'I hope you and your worthless retarded father get cancer and join your stupid mom. Rot in hell you [bleeping] whore.' My mom died of cancer. This is what I deal with on a weekly basis.

"He missed Dad's day at the school and my father had to go in his place. And this is how he talks to me?"

Richards claims the e-mails sent to Mueller were fakes: "I don't want Charlie's prostitute-tranny-infested sperm. I have two beautiful kids. We'll leave it at that. I am so over him. He's the one who can't move on. He's disgusting and he's hit an all-time low."

But Sheen is taking it to the mat - or rather, a computer DNA expert - to prove Richards is lying.

Sheen's rep said, "Denise seems to be denying the existence of [the] e-mail. This goes beyond a he-said-she-said. We have an offer from a [live] TV show. They will bring a computer expert to diagnose the e-mail and to verify it was sent by her e-mail address and to verify it was neither altered nor edited. Computer DNA - it is conclusive.

He's the one who can't move on and yet she's talking smack about him on every show she's hit just to promote herself. She's playing the "poor me" victim role simply to get ratings and that's pretty low. I like how she calls it his "prostitute-tranny-infested sperm." I wonder if one day someone can tell the two kids what mom said. Should make them feel great knowing that 1/2 them was made from "prostitute-tranny-infested sperm." Nice job...mommie.

News of Shania Twain's divorce from producer Mutt Lange after 14 years of marriage is travelling fast, mainly because Mutt is seeing another woman named Marie-Anne who was a household employee and close friend of the couple. On the left is Shania and on the right is Shania and this Marie-Anne. I know...I'm confused too.

Lange's relationship with Marie-Anne Thiébaud, 37, a longtime secretary and house manager at Twain and Lange's estate in Switzerland, was behind the breakup, say several sources familiar with the situation.

"Mutt and Marie-Anne left their spouses for each other and are still in a relationship," says one source, adding that the Swiss employee was a fixture in the household Twain, 42, and Lange, 59, shared with their son, 6-year-old Eja D'Angelo.

"Their two families would vacation and spend holidays together," says the source. "Shania considered Marie-Anne one of her best friends."

Denise Richards was on The Today Show getting interviewed by Matt Lauer about what's being called Hollywood's nastiest divorce from actor Charlie Sheen. She wanted to set the record straight on an email supposedly from her requesting some of Charlie's sperm for another baby was totally doctored. Here's the email:

Dear Brooke,

I don't want to have a baby with Charlie. I am having a baby in the next year. By myself...my girlfriend suggested Charlie be the donor. SO, I did bring this up to him. There are so many couples having unhealthy children. Charlie and i have very beautiful healthy children together. I was strictly looking for a sperm donor if it's any of your business. If it were him, I said we would sign a document that he couldn't come after me and I couldn't come after him..this wasn't to have sex with him, it was him donating..that's it. I didn't want him to tell you at this time because it was something very personal that I'm doing myself.

It was funny that she was claiming people don't understand her and that she never went on television and aired their dirty laundry to the public, but that's what she was doing today. So now she's doing a reality show (yeah, she was marketing her poor self) called Denise Richards: It's Complicated and she intends to have her daughters on the show. She must have mentioned she's a single mother about 10 times, we got it.

She ended up saying the same thing to Lauer any gossipy neighbor will tell you in the laundry room. "I wasn't going to say anything, but..."

She says Charlie had signed the consent form, but then later wanted increased custody in return and she doesn't want to change it. She also called him a "stranger" even though they were married and have kids.

By the end of the interview I realize 1) she does have a down-turned mouth and 2) I really, really hate her. I love how with this and the whole stole Heather Locklear's boyfriend issue, Denise is always the poor, poor innocent victim. You can see a video of her on The View after she did Today where Whoopi calls her out a bit on the kid issue and Denise plays more "poor me" and brings up her mom dying at just the right time.

In the continued divorce trial of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, Britney has been granted an "expansion" of her time with her two boys Jayden and Sean. Kevin still will have full custody of them and Britney still has to be monitored for the courts, but all seems better. Britney seems pretty happy and her parents seem happy that she's doing better. They jump into her life and by controlling her money and giving her regular underwear checks before she goes out in public, she's gotten much better.

It's probably also good that they had Sam Lutfi banned from being around her. That little dude is just evil.
