Drew Barrymore and her boyfriend Justin Long have called it quits. Call me crazy, but I thought that relationship was going to last for some reason.

Drew Barrymore and Justin Long have split, her rep tells Usmagazine.com exclusively.

"They are still friends," a source close to Barrymore tells Us.

Barrymore, 33, and Long, 30, have been together since August 2007.

"I've been very fortunate," Long told Us in November. "I just feel very blessed and happy!"

The two knew each other for seven years before becoming serious.

"My cheeks hurt, I'm so happy," Barrymore told March's Vogue when asked about the relationship."

Christina Applegate's boyfriend Lee Grivas was found dead in his apartment last week by a concerned neighbor. It seems that he took too much heroin, which came as a total surprise to me. I guess there is a limit to how much heroin you can actually inject into your body. Interesting.

Grivas -- a fisherman, skateboarder and aspiring photographer -- died July 1.

An official cause of death has not been issued, pending toxicology tests. The death was reported as a possible accident or suicide.

The former Married.. With Children star met Grivas in 2006 while she was performing in the Broadway musical Sweet Charity.

The two began dating as her marriage to actor Johnathon Schaech unraveled, but she ended the relationship because she reportedly felt Grivas was too much of a free spirit.

A source close to Grivas told The National Enquirer: "Lee also had a long history of drug problems, dating back to his teen years. Christina broke up with him a number of times because of his struggles with getting clean. She loved him, but couldn't stand by and watch him ruin his life."

After the lovers reunited in April, Grivas left Christina in a last-ditch bid to get sober, according to the source.

"Christina loved Lee dearly and even dreamed of starting a family with him," the insider told The National Enquirer.

Britney Spears got to have her kids on Saturday night for the first time in months.

The boys were dropped off Saturday and picked up around 10 a.m. Sunday, according to a source.

"Britney was very upset after the kids left," the source tells Usmagazine.com. "She now does not know when she will get them next for an overnight. She complains it could be next week, or it could be three months."

At a hearing last Tuesday, Spears, 26, was granted overnight privileges.

Asked if she were pleased with the judge's ruling, she smiled and told Us, "yes."

Meanwhile, Spears and ex Kevin Federline - who was spotted partying in Miami over the weekend - are gearing up for a custody trial, set to begin August 25.

Ruslana Korshunova was a 20-year old Kazakh model who jumped off the balcony of her New York apartment this weekend, falling 9-stories to her death. The authorities are saying it was a suicide, but a friend of hers is saying it was foul play.

But Kira Titeneva, who described herself as Korshunova's "best friend" from her home town, told the New York Daily News: "There's no way she would have killed herself. She loved life so much."

Ms Titeneva was also quoted in London's Daily Mail as saying: "I talked to her on Friday night and we were talking all the gossip."

Another friend told the paper that Korshunova, who would have earned around $5200 for a catwalk show, had been sending money home to her family in the former Soviet Republic of Kazakhstan and was "one of the sweetest, nicest people you'll ever meet".

The unnamed source told the paper the model had just returned from a modelling job in Paris and seemed "on top of the world".

"There were no signs. That's what's driving me crazy. I don't see one reason why she would do that," he said.

Korshunova's last hours were spent with a former boyfriend Artem Perchenok, 24, who told the New York Post he dropped her off at her apartment just hours before her death after they watched the Patrick Swayze film Ghost together.

Korshunova's doorman, Mahmoud Nakeeb, was also quoted in the Daily Mail as claiming the model seemed happy when she came home about 4am on Saturday.

"She came in this morning, she smiled, no sense of depression," he said.

Most people would go for pills or something more immediate. Jumping 9-stories is a pretty crazy move. It could be that there was foul play involved and if it wasn't the boyfriend, then I suspect fellow Kazakh Borat. There's something just not right about that guy, but I can't put my finger on it.

Will Smith is finally speaking out about his pal Tom Cruise regarding the whole Scientology thing that's always causing such a stir in the press.

He said the criticism Cruise, 45, has received for his Scientology faith has been "painful for me to see. I've met very few people committed to goodness the way Tom is."

The Hancock star, 39 - who was rumored to have converted to Scientology after speaking out about the controversial religion - was raised Baptist and said he remains Christian.

"We disagree on a lot of things," added Smith, who attended Nelson Mandella's 90th birthday in London on Wednesday. "But even with different faiths and different beliefs, at the end of the day, goodness is goodness."

He said that their friendship thrives on rivalry.

They currently compete to see who can sign autographs longer.

"It's hard to beat that dude," Smith said. "He has another gear. He did two-and-a-half hours in France for Mission: Impossible on the red carpet. Now when I go to France, people will say, 'You know, Tom was out here for two-and-a-half hours.'"
