You’ve prabably heard this but now, but Nick Hogan (aka: Nick Bollea) is going to prison for 8 months for that car crash he had that seriously injured his friend John Graziano. It happened on August 26th, 2007 Nick’s car smashed into a median and then flipped over and crashed into a palm tree. Nick was charged with reckless driving, having a blood alcohol level of .02 or higher, and having illegally tinted windows.

This last Friday Nick pleaded “no contest” and was sentenced to eight months in prison even though he’s 17 and still technically a minor. He also got five years probation and one hundred hours community service for each year. He has to attend DUI school and is forbidden to drink alcohol for the duration of his probation.

Nick, who was joined in court by his father, mother, Linda, and sister Brooke, could have faced up to five years behind bars, but thanks to the plea agreement, that number was reduced. The Graziano family did ask the court for no less than one year in jail for Nick for having “destroyed my son’s future,” as John’s father, Edward, put it.

Both families spoke before the court, with Nick asking the Grazianos for forgiveness and mercy.

“Everyday I miss being with John,” Nick said. “I feel terrible. There is no court punishment that will make-up for what happened to John.”

Still, “you can’t undo what happened to John,” Judge Federico said.

Maybe people will start to get the hint. When you drink and drive, bad things happen. You can pretty much screw your life (or worse someone else’s life) in just seconds. By comparison…a cab ride is like $30 to $40.

Knock, knock. Who’s there? The police have arrested Amy Winehouse again regarding her alleged drug use.

“Amy Winehouse voluntarily attended a London police station today by appointment,” her rep said in a statement. “She was arrested in order to be interviewed and is co-operating fully with inquiries. The interview relates to a video handed to police earlier this year.”

Winehouse, 24, is to be questioned about a video obtained by The Sun newspaper in January. Footage shows her allegedly inhaling crack cocaine.

The singer also went to rehab that month.

They have to say “alleged” like she doesn’t actually do drugs even thought she’s actually come out and said “I love drugs.” It’s like saying I allegedly like breasts or that Keith and The Girl is allegedly funny.

So here’s the big buzz of the day. Seriously…it’s everywhere. Emma Watson who’s now 18 (on April 15th) was out on the weekend and some photographers got a couple quick snapshots of her in some sheer panties. Now I’m sure people will be pissed at me for showing these and I’ll be burning in one of the seven layers of hell (or is there more?), but I figured it’s my duty to let you know about them.

By the way, when she turned 18 she gained access to her past earnings that amounts to about $20 million. Nice!

Tom Cruise’s former friend and Scientologist Jason Beghe is now out of the religion and now speaking out against it. It’s pretty interesting to hear what he has to say, even if he does drop like 30 F-bombs.

Beghe, who was a member of the Church of Scientology for 13 years and was even featured in a promotional video for the church in 2005, now says, “Scientology is destructive and a rip-off.”

In the video, billed as a three-minute teaser to a longer interview that’s on its way, Beghe goes on to say, “It’s very, very dangerous for your spiritual, psychological, mental, emotional health and evolution. I think it stunts your evolution. If Scientology is real, then something’s [bleeped] up . . . It ain’t delivering what it’s promised. It sure has not.”

Beghe wasn’t just a peon in the church. The actor, who’s best friends with David Duchovny, spent a lot of money to make it to the coveted “OT 5″ level achieved by Cruise, John Travolta and Kirstie Alley.

But Beghe now warns, “The further up the bridge, the worse you get . . . I don’t have an agenda. I’m just trying to help. I have the luxury of having gotten into Scientology and after having been in it, been out. And that’s a perspective that people who are still in and not out do not have.”

Oh oh! When you have a woman like Lisa Rinna in a hotel, wearing a robe and drinking red wine…she’s getting some hot sex action. Trouble is, this is not her husband Harry Hamlin who she’s been married too since 1997. I just ran across these pictures taken like a week ago and was thinking I wouldn’t post them because they didn’t have any cleavage, but then I realized “that’s not her husband!”

Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend for the last 4-years, Raffaello Follieri, was arrested in New York on Thursday for bouncing a $215,000 check. If you live in Canada or the U.K. then it’s cheque, but I digress. Raffaello is some Italian property developer or something like that.

Real estate mogul wanna-be Raffaello Follieri, 29, allegedly bounced a $215,000 check he wrote to cover a loan on property his company, The Follieri Group LLC, purchased, police sources said.

He wrote the check to John Morrongiello of Colts Neck, N.J., about six months ago, and numerous attempts to deposit it failed, a police source said.

Follieri’s representatives said the check cleared recently, but Morrongiello did not withdraw his complaint.

“I understand the underlying obligation has been paid,” said Follieri’s lawyer Cyrus Vance Jr. “He received a summons today which asks him to return in mid-May. He’s looking forward to talking to law enforcement about the appropriate response.”
