Now here's a news flash. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are cheapskates. they were with two friends at an L.A. restaurant and ended up with a bill of $783. No big deal except that Spencer tipped the waiter a monster $16. Some of it was probably in change.

A camera crew was with the vomit-inducing twosome at the time -- no surprise there -- and our source says that when they stopped filming, the server approached a producer from the show about the measly tip. The producer forked over $60 from his own pocket to cover Spencer's shortcomings.

16 dollars on a tab that's almost $800? These two would probably shoot a music video for nothing too. Oh yeah...they did! How can these two be so poor anyway? Why would I say such a mean thing? because I'm getting tired of all the fake photo opportunities that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt take advantage of just for free publicity. There was Easter in the cute bunny ears and waving the American Flag all over Washington D.C. and about 50 other "events" that were totally staged. Now the pair has hit Mother's Day in a goofy photoshoot with Heidi's mom. What's the next holiday this pair is going to wreck?

I sometimes feel that Sarah Jessica Parker is kind of hot. This is definitely NOT one of those times. She was at the premiere of the Sex and the City movie in London and was wearing some type of crazy hat/flower thingy. I saw this picture and I was just thinking "come on...really?"

This is the worst Public Service Announcement ever. Usually PSAs have people that actually care about the cause and speak passionately about it. In this spot, the most passion I can see is focused on how Kim looks in the dress she's trying on. It really looks like they're using the Burma disaster to promote the decadence of buying stuff at their store Dash. It's like check out our store, look at Kim's body, or yeah...the Burma things is a bummer. See for yourself.

Perez Hilton is a bigtime blogger and self-titled "Queen of All Media" who is now going to be a designer of clothes.

On Tuesday, Perez announced plans to introduce a clothing and accessories line, to be sold exclusively at Hottopic.com and in all Hot Topic stores nationwide.

Perez Hilton for Hot Topic will feature women's t-shirts, hoodies, accessories and footwear. Hilton, who's real name is Mario Lavandeira, said the decision to put his name behind a line of clothing and accessories seemed like a natural next step.

"2008 is all about expanding the Perez Brand," the blogger explained. "I talk about clothes all the time on my website. I have a good eye for what's hot and what's not."

Perez, who says his celebrity website, Perezhilton.com, is more popular than MySpace among women aged 18-25, said he can't wait to share his new line with fans.

Hilton's site has reached remarkable heights as a "go-to" for celebrity gossip, despite a consistency of snarky comments and crude drawings he is famous for inserting over photos of prominent and some not-so-prominent celebrities.
