Holy suprise deaths Batman! Actor Heath Ledger has been found dead after what appears to be a drug overdose.

Actor Heath Ledger was found dead today in his Broome Street apartment, apparently from a drug overdose.

Ledger, 28, was well known for his role in "Brokeback Mountain," and he stars in the upcoming "The Dark Knight" Batman movie as the Joker.

He split last year from wife, Michelle Williams, with whom he has a daughter, Matilda.

His apartment was strewn with sleeping pills and it was unclear if it was an intentional or accidental death.

Britney Spears does what every good mother should do with her kids in the car. She blows through a red-light and makes a left turn in front of oncoming traffic.

The Popwreck approached the light slowly on Coldwater Canyon in Los Angeles. You then see Britney raise her cellphone to her face. It is unclear if she's texting or making a call. She then drives into the intersection as someone outside the car screams, "Red light, red light!" Britney then turns left onto Mulholland Drive, managing to miss oncoming traffic.

The judge has made it clear that he has issues with Britney's driving. L.A. County Commish Scott Gordon temporarily revoked her visitation rights because she was driving without a valid California license.

The police raided Amy Winehouse's London apartment today. Is that really an apartment or is it a flat? Anyway, the cops came in with cameras and other equipment after the smashed their way in.

Police in London tell TMZ, "All we can confirm is that there is an ongoing on-scene investigation in North London."

The Daily Mail and Perez Hilton, both reported the story, claiming police armed with battering rams and crowbars smashed their way into Amy's Camden house around 5:00 PM. Amy was said to be been wandering around the property and her husband Blake apparently left the home just before the incident.

Some Australian woman was killed by her pet camel she got for her 60th birthday as a present. Now dogs will maul you to death, but a camel wants sex. Lot's of sex.

The 10-month-old male camel - weighing about 330 pounds - knocked the woman to the ground, lay on top of her, then exhibited what police suspect was mating behavior, Gregory said.

"I'd say it's probably been playing, or it may be even a sexual sort of thing," Gregory said, adding the camel almost suffocated the family's pet goat by straddling it on several occasions.

The woman was given the camel in March as a birthday present from her husband and daughter. "She had a love of exotic pets," Gregory said.

This is an unbelieveable slam. This skater Jake Brown slams the ramp from over 50 feet at the X-games so hard it made me cringe. I can't even believe he gets up and walks away.
