Alicia Silverstone has never been on a farm
I recently saw the new PETA ad that Alicia Silverstone has going and the shock factor of her being nude, really doesn't offset that I like steak. In fact I like steak more then I like Alicia nude.

In her campaign to save the animals, Alicia's message is:
Like most people, I wasn't always a vegetarian, but I've always loved animals. If you ever have a chance to meet a cow, pig, turkey, or goat, you will see that they are just as cute and funny as your dogs and cats and that they, too, want to live and feel love. They don't like pain. Now when I see a steak, it makes me feel sad and sick because right away, I see my dog or the amazing cows I met at a sanctuary. I've been vegan for 10 years, and it's the single-most important and helpful decision I have ever made. Physically, the effect has been amazing. Once I went vegan, I lost the weight I wanted to lose, my nails were stronger, and my skin was glowing. I feel great, and I look better now than I did 11 years ago
What Alicia might not know is that I've met a cow before. Lots of them and I can tell you they are not cute and funny like a dog or cat. They want to eat and crap everywhere. Same with turkeys or goats. I suppose some pigs might be equally as funny as bacon is tasty, but the point here is that none of those animals are like pets at all.
I think she missed the memo that said humans are higher on the food chain then animals. It's called evolution. Eating animals has been happening since the beginning of man and if we all stop, then one day when our genes are all screwed up we'll be in trouble.
It's to that end that I'm going to continue to work for humanity and not animality by eating steak. Your welcome.
