During the last season of How I Met You Mother (a hilarious show btw), Alyson Hannagan looked like crap thanks to some moron that told her a hairstyle with bangs would look good. Here's the proof. Thankfully, the semi-cute band camp girl is back now. One of my daughters keeps bugging me about getting bangs and someone (it might have been my wife) said they're back in style. I beg and plead for some advice on this. I can't stand them, so is it just me?

I saw these pictures of Alyson Hannigan floating around and was like "ewww, she certainly messed herself up for the summer." Little did I know that this is also her new look on the excellent CBS Show How I Met Your Mother.

She went from being the sort of cute little band geek that you kind of want to nail, to looking like some type of...of...I'm at a loss to even explain it. How can designers do this to people? It should be against the law or something.

If this is what happens at band camp then I'm damn glad I never went. The camp I went to was the good old-fashioned kind where the chicks were totally hot, but ignored you completely. So there.
