I'm not sure Blake would have been completely happy with the visit though. Who wants something like that coming at you in jail? Amy Winehouse looks as though she's seriously enjoying her free license to party until January's supposed rehab stay or a possible jail sentence come her way. Death is always another option that could come along. I've got $100 bucks on the 3rd one.

The messed up Amy Winehouse was released on bail after being arrested and then questioned regarding the plot that her husband Blake Fielder-Civil is in jail about. He allegedly perverted the course of justice (sounds so dirty doesn't it) and has assault charges. If Amy is linked to the plot, then she could face some prison time. To make matters even juicier, supposedly she's hatched a suicide plot if they go to jail.

She has hatched a suicide pact with Blake. If they are both handed lengthy jail sentences she is determined they will end it together rather than face five years apart.

"She can't live without Blake and her family are worried sick. This could finish her off. She isn't strong enough for prison life."

Amy must present herself for questioning this week. She will be finger-printed and asked to give DNA samples, as police reportedly believe she may be linked to crucial documents seized after Blake was arrested.

A police source said: "This is a very significant development in the investigation."

Oh snap! It just keeps going downhill for Amy, doesn't it? On the plus side, jail could give her some new material for an album. On the downside there's no drugs available. No wonder she's suicidal.

Amy Winehouse is going to go to rehab after all. Amy is supposed to go into treatment after the holiday is over, but first she's planning a major blowout (or is that blow in?) party to give her detox a better chance. After all, rehab is easy if you're high the whole time. The kicker of the whole thing?

Now Amy has promised to go ahead with plans to attend a one-week rehab and detox treatment course in Israel on January 5.

One week? I thought it took much longer then a week to quit the hardcore nose-candy and heroin that she's been taking, unless the Israelis have some secret method I don't know about. In the meantime now she has a "00" license to get high until the new year. You better watch out Amy because Santa Claus is coming to town. Amy Winehouse's Rep has now made a statement about why she was seen wandering around outside her house early one morning in her red bra and looking oh-so sad.

"She was not on an all-night bender," her U.K. rep tells PEOPLE of Winehouse's appearance outside her flat at 5:45 a.m. Sunday morning.

Winehouse, 24, was sound asleep when she heard a noise outside. Having had friends over earlier in the evening, she wondered if one returned, according to the rep, who said: "She heard all these noises, and she went outside to look and there were all these photographers."

The rep added, "She'd been sound asleep, and then there were all these photographers – of course she looked startled."

Oh sure! She was sound asleep and heard noises so she ran out in her bra to check? What kind of idiot does that?

Attention: If you're a psycho killer that wears a mask and has some strange odd fondness for powertools, then show up at Amy's house really late at night and make some noises. She'll come running out barely dressed to investigate and it will be just like all your favorite horror flicks. You'll be able to chase her around all you want because she really doesn't think clearly.

Have a look at the picture The Daily Mail has up today of Amy Winehouse wandering in the streets at quarter to 6 in the morning. I believe this is a sign that official countdown has begun.

Barefoot, and clad only in her bra and jeans, the troubled singer emerged from a friend's house in Bow at 5.45am on Sunday looking distressed and agitated - as her mother-in-law says she taking more drugs than ever.

Onlookers said she appeared disorientated as she wandered around on the pavement for several minutes in the freezing cold before disappearing back inside.

Taking more drugs then ever and wandering the streets half naked and disoriented? Bah! Plenty of people do that. Let see...Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Elvis, John Belushi, Kurt Cobain, Anna Nicole Smith...well you get the idea.

Quite why she came outside only half dressed in the early hours is unclear. One onlooker said she looked up and down the road as if she was waiting for someone, but no one arrived at the house.

I'm guessing she was making little whiny noises and saying "Blakey come back" over and over too. I do like how they mention exactly why she came out in just a bra is unclear. She's a junkie people! Acting crazy while they're high is what junkies do and ever since Blake has been in prison, she's supposedly been doing a fair share of cocaine and heroin. If she makes it past Christmas it will be a miracle.
