Amy Winehouse recorded a theme song for the new James Bond movie Quantum of Solace, but wasn't chosen by the films producers. Now she's saying that was a "big mistake"  since a Jack White and Alicia Keys song, entitled "Another Way To Die" was chosen instead.

Winehouse is quoted as telling New that she wants to "prove that [the producers] made a big mistake" by not choosing her song.

"I do think they could have waited a bit. If they want a worldwide hit I have them all up here (pointing to her beehive)," she said.

"I guess they are going for clean-cut and boring. When I do release mine - and I am tempted to do it on the same day - this would be the bigger hit."

Remember yesterday when Amy Winehouse had emphysema and all that? It turns out that her dad Mitch might have been off just a bit. She doesn't actually have it, just signs of it, and the it's reversible at this point if she stops smoking.

The Back To Black singer, 24, was snapped in a car in London as it was revealed she has mild emphysema - caused by smoking crack cocaine and cigarettes.

But her dad Mitch said she would recover from the lung disease if she quits.

Amy Winehouse's jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil has pleaded guilty to assault charges and might face 3 years in prison. Ouch!

Fielder-Civil, 26, has been in jail awaiting trial since November 2007. During pretrial arguments last week - which could not be reported because of British media restrictions - he changed his plea from not guilty to guilty, admitting that on June 20, 2006, he assaulted James King, the landlord of Macbeth's pub in London.

He also pleaded guilty to a charge that he conspired to pervert the course of justice by offering King money to withdraw his allegations and leave the country.

Fielder-Civil will be sentenced in about a month, when the trial of his co-defendants is expected to finish. Three years in prison is a typical sentence for grievous bodily harm, according to U.K. sentencing guidelines. He also could receive a fine and/or more time in jail for the perverting the course of justice charge.

They must have had him stone cold for him to change his plea like that. Now he's going to be going away for quite some time leaving Amy to continue on the party train without him. I guess he might outlive her after all. Interesting.
