Well, the big news is finally breaking all over the world. Stand by for the media frenzy.

"I hate to be the one that told you this," Larry Birkhead began while addressing the medial waiting outside a Bahamas courtroom, "but I told you so."

"I'm just happy to be starting a life with my daughter," Birkhead added noting the DNA test proved he was the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby Dannielynn within 99.9 percent.

Birkhead and Smith's companion Howard K. Stern both claimed to be the father of the child.

"I just want to say that I'm obviously very disappointed, but my feelings for Dannielynn have not changed." Stern said after leaving the courtroom. "I'm not gonna fight Larry Birkhead for custody … I'm gonna do whatever I can to make sure he gets sole custody. As far as I'm concerned Larry can come over to the house and spend as much time with her as he wants."

UPDATE: Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy report reveals that Anna's "anus is unremarkable."

In the eight page report obtained by TMZ, Dr. Perper describes, in detail, the condition of Anna's body.

The report lists every mark on Anna's body, even tattoos. Smith's body art included the words "Daniel" and "Papas," a pair of red lips, a Playboy bunny, a combination of a Christ head, a bible, a naked women's torso and a smiling Marilyn Monroe among others.

On a positive note, Anna's fingernails and toenails were both listed as "clean."

Anna Nicole Smith died back in February and finally the Medical Examiner for Broward County, Florida is revealing the true cause of her death and HOLY CRAP! The TMZ main page is on Fire!

Anna's Cause of Death Revealed
After performing an autopsy, it became clear, Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental overdose of medication.

Dr. Joshua Perper, the Medical Examiner for Broward County, just announced the 39-year-old former Playboy playmate was taking a number of drugs, including methadone, anti-anxiety drugs among others.

Stern In the Dark
Dr. Perper says Anna's temperature went down after the first tough night at the Hard Rock, but she exhibited vomiting and as the week wore on her condition deteriorated. On the last day of her life, Thursday, February 8, Dr. Perper says Howard K. Stern woke up at 10:00 AM and found Anna awake. Stern helped her to the bathroom and then she went back to bed and went to sleep.

Dr. Perper says Stern left the room and didn't return until after 911 was called.

And finally, he states the obvious.

Drug Combo Killed Anna
Anna did not take methadone the day she died, but there was evidence she had taken it several days earlier.

Dr. Perper concluded was combined drug intoxication, including anxiety and depression medication, valium, ativan and antihistamine. She also had chloral hydrate, which was the major component in her death.

Yep, a lethal drug combo. I think half the world guessed this one. I interviewed a kid in the deep Brazilian jungle who knew Anna died of drugs.

That what the National Enquirer and Star are reporting anyway.

They say Anna Nicole Smith died of lethal amounts of sleep medication. She took the sleep medication chloral hydrate on Feb 7 and then never woke up.

The official results were supposed to be announced on Monday by the Broward County Medical Examiner, but the National Enquirer and Star broke the story the story instead. Now I know they're silly tabloids that get most things wrong. No one ever knows their "sources" for their stories, which is secret code for "we made the stuff up to make money."

In this case though I think they nailed the "overdose" part.

This is the clip being talked about on Fox News where Anna Nicole Smith seems high as a freaking kite.

Did I mention that her face is painted like a clown, she's pregnant, AND she's talking to a doll in a baby carriage?

The guy who's talking is Howard K. Stern, who seems clearly out for the money when he is commenting that this tape is worth some money. Anna on the other hand, seems like she's regressed to childhood.

TMZ.com has to separate stories running about documents uncovered that really add some new twists. This whole story seriously gets more insane by the day.

The first story is a sworn affidavit written in the Bahamas on December 4, 2006 by former nanny Quethlie Alexis. She says that Anna Nicole was underfeeding little Danielynn because "was obsessed with making sure that her baby was sexy."

The nanny also claims that during her brief employment that Smith "attempted to commit suicide" a couple times. Once with sleeping medication and once by drowning herself.

Alexis claims that Smith also "tried to drown herself" in her swimming pool. Alexis claims that Howard K. Stern rescued Smith from the pool. Alexis claims she heard Stern say to Smith after the rescue, "If anything happens to you, I would go to jail."

The document also describes the "flagrant sexual relationship" between Smith and the Bahamian Minister of Immigration, Shane Gibson. According to the affidavit, Alexis never witnessed Gibson and Smith having sex, but the former nanny claims the minister would, "spend hours alone with Ms. Marshall in her bedroom" on a "daily basis."

The second story also has documents that Anna Nicole got Methadone and Demerol while she was pregnant.

TMZ obtained an air bill dated August 8, 2006, that states a package containing Demerol (30 pills), a morphine-like drug, Dalmane (30 pills), a sleeping pill, and injectable vials of vitamin B12 were sent to Vickie Marshall in the Bahamas. Vickie Marshall is Anna Nicole's legal name. We cannot prove Anna took the pills, however, according to medical evidence, Demerol "crosses the placental barrier and can produce depression of respiration and psychophysiologic functions of the newborn. Resuscitation may be required."

And

TMZ has also obtained a prescription dated August 25, 2006 written to a Michelle Chase for 500 ml of methadone (5mg/5ml solution). Michelle Chase was also a name used by Anna. According to California law, it's illegal to give a false name or false address "in connection with the prescribing, furnishing, administering, or dispensing of a controlled substance."

Yeah, I know...really busy day and this is all I've got at the end of it.

I'm watching the news and seeing the photos of Anna's fridge with stuff in it like butter spray, methadone, several other vials of drugs, and Slim-Fast. The CEO of Trim-Spa was just on Larry King saying he believed it was all a setup to discredit his company.

Also there is this guy. Howard K. Stern. This guy is the worst at doing a fake cry ever! Look for yourself, but my spidey-sense is saying this guy is not as upset by the loss as he would like us to believe.

In fact, this whole issue wants to make me get a van, a dog, and a "gang" together to go solve this mystery. I bet when we finally unmask the monster, it would be Howard K. Stern saying "and I would have gotten away with it too if it wasn't for you kids!"
