Ashlee Simpson's new husband and baby daddy Pete Wentz had a little side hobby for a number of years. Making out with dudes.

He tells Out magazine he first smooched a guy when he was 16 or 17, probably on a dare.

He experimented again around 18 and 19, he says.

His last same-sex make out?

"A long time ago," Wentz, 29, says. "Probably when I was 22?"

Jessica Simpson was at the Grand Opening party of the Palms Place Hotel in Las Vegas and talking about how her younger sister Ashlee Simpson will be a great mother

"She'll be amazing, absolutely amazing," Jessica Simpson, 27, told PEOPLE in Las Vegas Saturday at the grand opening of Palms Place.

Jessica, who is dipping into the country-music scene, also says that her sister's relationship with the Fall Out Boy bassist helps inspire her own music.

"They're just the cutest couple in the world," she says. "They are adorable. Anybody would wish to be them and you can only wish them well. Just being around them inspires love and everything I sing about."

What do you give your wife for a wedding present? If you said a giant bee made out of Lego, then you're goofy too. Pete Wentz had the bee commissioned for his wife Ashlee Simpson for some silly reason like "bee mine forever."

I was commissioned to create a bee. Why a bee? Because it is romantic of course. In Hindu myth, Kama, the god of love, has a bow and arrows, and the bow string is made up of bees. In the ancient Greek world the bee symbolized the soul because they migrated in swarms. And the Roman god of love, Cupid, is often pictured with bees or being stung.

I made this bee for a boy who wanted to give his girl a special wedding gift. They are a fun couple as evidenced by their Alice in Wonderland themed wedding. And didn't Alice think she saw a bee in "Through the Looking Glass?"

Ashlee Simpson is pregnant and her mask-wearing husband Pete Wentz officially confirmed the news on his blog last night.

"While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child," announced Pete and new bride Ashlee, using her new last name for the first time, on the Fall Out Boy bassist's web site, FriendsOrEnemies.com. "This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family."

Now it's official. Ashlee Simpson married to Pete Wentz on Saturday in a private ceremony at her parents house.

Around noon on Saturday, the groom arrived via limo at the Encinco, Calif., home of Ashlee's dad Joe Simpson, who also officiated over the non-denominational ceremony under white tents.

Big sis Jess, who arrived with on-off beau Tony Romo before noon in the Employee of the Month star's Range Rover, was maid of honor. According to reports, Pete's bulldog Hemingway served as ring-bearer.

Also in attendance were Nicole Richie and her rocker babydaddy Joel Madden. Wearing jeans to the event were the other members of Fall Out Boy. Scrubs star Donald Faison along with girlfriend, Jess' former assistant CaCee Cobb, were there for the blessed event.

If anyone really cares, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz will be getting married in 5 days from now. Saturday, May 17th is the big date and the location is all hush-hush.

"Proper invites have not been sent out but instead guests have been given a save the date notice," the source told Us.

The rehearsal dinner - described by the source as "an intimate affair" for "family and close friends only" - will take place on Friday.

On Saturday, "all guests will be transported in shuttles to the wedding location," the source explained.
