Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months in prison today.

Judge David Radford told Fielder-Civil he had behaved in a 'gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful' way.

Fielder-Civil has already served around nine months on remand and he could be free in four-and-a-half months if he behaves himself in prison. Miss Winehouse was not in court today to support her husband.

Earlier, Fielder-Civil appealed to a judge to let him walk free so he could become a role model for the troubled singer.

That's just too bad that he acted like a jerk and is now being punished. He won't even be able to be Amy's role model. You know...since he was busy doing drugs in prison the last few months, he won't be able to get out and do drugs with Amy.

In a sequence shot around May 2007—weeks after the couple eloped to wed in Miami—they are in a dingy crack den with Delboy-style bamboo patterned wallpaper.

Amy, 24, and a pal called Sarah giggle as they sing a string of racist lines set to the tune of kiddies' favourite ‘Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes'.

Blake pretends NOT to record the unfolding events and eggs them on, saying: "Can we have a singsong of it?"

Sarah is at first reluctant but soon warms to the action as Amy enthusiastically sings:

"Blacks, Pakis, Gooks and Nips, Gooks and Nips!

"And deaf and dumb and blind and gay!"

She repeats the first line over again and on the word "Nips" Amy pulls her eyes into slits then pushes her boobs up in a gesture to her nipples.

The girls' efforts are greeted warmly by Blake, who pledges: "Well done. I promise I wasn't recording it."

Amy Winehouse's jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil has pleaded guilty to assault charges and might face 3 years in prison. Ouch!

Fielder-Civil, 26, has been in jail awaiting trial since November 2007. During pretrial arguments last week - which could not be reported because of British media restrictions - he changed his plea from not guilty to guilty, admitting that on June 20, 2006, he assaulted James King, the landlord of Macbeth's pub in London.

He also pleaded guilty to a charge that he conspired to pervert the course of justice by offering King money to withdraw his allegations and leave the country.

Fielder-Civil will be sentenced in about a month, when the trial of his co-defendants is expected to finish. Three years in prison is a typical sentence for grievous bodily harm, according to U.K. sentencing guidelines. He also could receive a fine and/or more time in jail for the perverting the course of justice charge.

They must have had him stone cold for him to change his plea like that. Now he's going to be going away for quite some time leaving Amy to continue on the party train without him. I guess he might outlive her after all. Interesting.

The news has now come out that sexpot Amy Winehouse has been cheating on her jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil with a 24-year old guy who is her manager's assistant. Supposedly he's the "good boy" type, which makes it confusing why he'd want to date a strung-out crack ho like Amy.

Amy told Blake their 11-month marriage was over during a tearful meeting at the prison on Monday. She first called in financial advisers two weeks ago to discuss how to protect her £10million fortune.

Yep, that's right...she's told Blake that she wants a divorce.

Amy, who has cast off her wedding ring, has been holed up inside her Camden flat with Alex - her manager Raye Cosbert's right-hand man - since she dumped Blake.

Early on Thursday she opened the door in just a bra, with lipstick smeared on her face and what looked like a lovebite on her cheek.

Not only that, but news has also come out that Amy cheated with another dude even before this new guy and that she's really a big sex-freak.

The Back To Black singer had a torrid fling just months ago with a photographer, pals said last night.

She was just out of rehab and staying at London's Park Plaza hotel when she began romping with American BLAKE WOOD - dubbed Blake II by her chums.

One said: "You could hear them down the hall. Her thing with Blake II lasted a few weeks. The pair barely left their room."

The photographer had been helping Amy battle her drug demons after she was introduced to him by her pal KELLY OSBOURNE, 23.

The friend said: "It's funny how she bedded the last two people who have been helping to look after her. Amy is sex-mad - and she gets what she wants."

Junkie BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL, 25, has told his lawyers he wants £250,000 for every month of their year's marriage, despite being behind bars for part of it.

And he fumed to pals after being ditched by the 24-year-old Back to Black singer: "She wouldn't even be alive if it wasn't for me."

Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is still in London's Pentonville prison because he was "perverting the course of justice" by supposedly tampering with a witness who was to testify against him. Now you may think it's a real secure place, but obviously not. Blake and six other inmates were very near death, vomiting and in intense pain after they injected themselves with contaminated heroin. Unfortunately...the doctors saved him.

A source said: "Blake has to pay for his gear somehow - and he has no qualms about cashing in on his wife's fame.

"He'll take orders from other inmates then ask Amy to bring in signed photos of herself during visits.

"He usually gets her to write a little personalised note to make it look authentic.

"Once he's back on the wing he'll swap these for Joeys.

"The boys think they'll get a few quid for them on eBay. It's not clear whether she knows exactly what's going on . . . but she must find it strange that all these so-called prison hardmen have suddenly become starstruck Amy Winehouse fans."

Oh wait there it is Amy! Right there in your nose where you put it!

Amy Winehouse continued on her UK Tour and snorting drugs as proven by the photos taken of her at the concert. She's got like $20 worth of cocaine flying stand-by right there in her nostril. She also went to court to see about her husband Blake Fielder-Civil getting out of jail. Unfortunately for Blake his bail was denied by the judge and it looks like he'll be in the slammer through Christmas.

Fielder-Civil, 25 – who is charged with conspiracy involving alleged witness tampering in his upcoming assault trial – will spend Christmas in jail awaiting a Jan. 18 hearing. Should his case go to trial, Judge David Robson said he was "penciling in early June."

As he was led away, Fielder-Civil held his hand to his ear like a telephone and mouthed, "I'll call you," through the glass of the defendant's box. Winehouse waved and blew him two kisses.

It sounds like Amy's going to have to snort all the cocaine Santa brings by herself this year. She's definitely heading for an overdose if you ask me. Meanwhile, you could get to one of her concerts before she's all gone and hear "wooga-wooga-habba-labba-dorseeee-lummmba-gooorsh" or whatever supposed to pass for lyrics these days.
