Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds just got married 2 weeks ago in Bora Bora on New Year's Day. They still needed to get married in the USA so that they would have things all nice and legal, but they decided to just stay "friends" instead.

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further," the statement said.

"While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends," it added.

That's a bummer for Eddie because she was freaking gorgeous. I like the guy so I feel for him being on her "friend' list. Once a woman puts you on that list, you'll never get to sleep with her. Lord knows I've tried.

A rep for Scary Spice aka Melanie Brown has confirmed that a DNA test shows Eddie Murphy is officially the father of her 2-month-old daughter. A source close to Brown says, "He's the baby's father, it's official. The baby is undoubtedly, 110 percent his. There was no doubt in people's minds anyways, least of all hers. It wasn't a surprise to her. She knew all along."

Brown explains, "I came to see my mom for a few days as I wanted to see her in person. Then I got a flight home, landed and there is a whole sea of photographers. There were people shouting about a DNA test.

"I was in complete shock. I tried to call Eddie and couldn't get through. Then I got through and he said he would call me back and that was it. He never called back. I literally couldn't understand what was happening."

You know...just looking at that photo makes me remember back when Eddie was caught in his car in Hollywood with the hooker that was really a dude. I'm thinking that whole event wasn't as innocent as he made out.
