Tila Tequila's new girlfriend Courtenay Semel got a little rowdy and then supposedly hit a hotel security guard on the head while in Las Vegas. Wonder if she was just being crazy or if she had a shot or two of tequila. Oh!

Semel, 28, daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel and star of E!'s Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, was not arrested, but she must pay a fine or face a Las Vegas justice court judge.

Las Vegas Metro Police Officer Jay Rivera tells PEOPLE that Semel "struck a hotel security guard in the back of the head" during an altercation at 4 a.m. Wednesday.

Katherine Heigl got in trouble by a cop for littering. I know, in this politically correct world where everyone is trying to act all "green" it's amazing the cop didn't shoot her on sight.

After lunching with her mom at P.F. Chang's in Santa Monica recently, the actress had to sweet-talk her way out of a ticket for tossing her cigarette on the ground right in front of a policeman on a bike.

"The officer told Katherine to pick up the butt and throw it away in the trash, 10 feet away," the source says. "He added that he'd fine her next time he catches her tossing trash on the sidewalk."

Gwen Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale gad kid number two. It's a boy and they named him named Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale. Wait, what? Zuma? Damn.

"Mother, baby and family are all happy and healthy," the rep adds.

Zuma, who was born at 12:46 p.m. PST, weighed in at 8 1/2 pounds

And finally, Miley Cyrus will be celebrating her sweet 16 and there's no place better than Disneyland. I'm not sure we'll see much about it, but we can probably count on Miley to take some cell phone pictures as usual.

According to ET, Disneyland is throwing the Hannah Montana star a lavish, "once-in-a-lifetime" birthday bash on Oct. 5. The private party will also include some deserving young people from Youth Service America, who've been making a difference in their communities.

Miley's fans will also have the opportunity to join in as well! A limited number of $250 tickets to the event--"Miley's Sweet 16--Share the Celebration," go on sale on August 30 at 9 a.m.

It's now been confirmed that Gwen Stefani is pregnant with baby #2. That makes her like a second-level MILF or something I think. I'm going to have to check the rules on that. In the meantime:

Gwen Stefani and her rock star husband Gavin Rossdale are expecting their second child, Rossdale's father confirms to PEOPLE.

"They and the whole family are delighted," Douglas Rossdale tells PEOPLE exclusively.

Reps for Stefani were not immediately available for comment.

According to Britain's The Sun, the singer is 13 weeks pregnant. She has long said she's wanted another child.

At the Billboard Music Awards there was a sighting of Gwen Stefani and - HOLY CRAP look at that hair!

I mean really, the hair, the white dress...

When she said "honey, do I look ok?" to her husband, you KNOW he was lying. I'm thinking I would have told her to go call Frodo because I suddenly became busy. Yikes!
