Joanna "JoJo" Lavesque has been doing movies and of course she put out a hit album is now revealing that she was originally offered the role of Hannah Montana. I would think that would be a duh! moment, but she doesn't think so.

"No regrets. No regrets at all," JoJo tells Extra. "Yeah, they [Disney] offered me the role...[But] it's not really what I see for myself."

Shia LaBeouf supposedly might lose one of the fingers that was crush during his recent car accident, but other reports i hear is that the possible amputation is not true at all. I guess you be the judge.

The young star, now working on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is likely to lose the pinky on his left hand, a source on the movie set says.

"Shia called producers yesterday and told them," the source on the set in Alamogordo, N.M. says. "It's really thrown the movie into turmoil."

Shia, 21, mangled his hand when his SUV rolled over twice in a July 27 accident in West Hollywood. He was cited for DUI although cops say they do not believe the accident was his fault.

Mary-Kate Olsen has been cleared of everything regarding the death of Heath Ledger and the Feds are not going to persue the case against her any further.

Prosecutors in the U.S. attorney's office in Manhattan had been overseeing a Drug Enforcement Administration probe into whether the drugs were obtained illegally.But the prosecutors nixed the investigation "because they don't believe there's a viable target" because no charges have been filed, an official told the Associated Press Wednesday.

And finally, Bernie Mac was hospitalized for pneumonia at the beginning of the month, but he's doing much better and continues to recover. I hope he does well. Who doesn't love Bernie Mac?

"Bernie Mac is in stable condition in a Chicago-area hospital," says the spokesperson's statement. "He is responding well to treatment and hopes to be released in the next few weeks. His family thanks everyone for the well wishes and concern."

You've probably heard by now that the Chief Medical Examiner for New York City has made it official that Heath Ledger died from accidentally overdosing on prescription drugs.

"Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Diazepam, Temazepam, Alprazolam, and Doxylamine," said an announcement released Wednesday morning by office spokeswoman Ellen Borakove.

"We have concluded that the manner of death is accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications," the two-paragraph statement said in its entirety.

That's a lot of stuff! He took 6 different intense medications at one time and it's considered an accident? I once crapped in my pants and that was an "accident," but I'm not sure taking all those drugs at once can be really classed as the same thing. More like he knew he was screwing himself up and didn't really care what happened. If "planned overdose" was a movie role, Heath would get the Oscar Award hands down....

Just announced! Entertainment Tonight and The Insider are going to have a video on tonight of Heath Ledger at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood and supposedly drugs are involved. Supposedly, his death didn't involve illegal drugs so this seems to be a move to capitalize on his name and drag it down a bit all at the same time. Seems like a pretty low move from the "big two" in celebrity gossip television.

UPDATE: They've decided not to run the video which reportly shows drugs in the room, but Heath's not doing them. They say:

Yesterday, everyone was buzzing that there were drugs packets found and a rolled up $20 with narcotics residue found at the apartment where Heath Ledger was found dead. Now we find out that most of that isn't exactly correct.

There were six different types of prescription drugs in the room, including pills to treat insomnia and anxiety, and an antihistamine, according to two law enforcement officials who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

A rolled-up $20 bill was found on the floor near the bed, but New York Police Department spokesman Paul Browne said lab tests found nothing to indicate the bill had been used to snort drugs. Police also said no illegal drugs were found in the apartment.

So there you have it. No illegal drugs found at all so you can all rest easy. And if you can't rest there's plenty of legal drugs to help with that.
