Heather Locklear must be upset at seeing Denise Richards' new reality television show because she's checked into rehab.

"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment," the rep said in a statement. I don't think she's got a problem. Just look at her from earlier this month. She seems really happy and great. I believe she's signaling "what's up y'all" and then something to do with scissors and cutting. Actually she kind of lost me there.
