Michael Phelps is a worldwide sensation after winning eight gold medals in the Beijing Olympics and setting a record, but some people are just too into themselves to notice such small accomplishments. Take Jennifer Lopez for example. She in training for a triathlon and that's way more important than someone with a bunch of gold medals.

Lopez, who appeared on "Good Morning America" Aug. 18 to discuss her preparations for the that, was overheard saying after the segment that she "couldn't understand why everyone is talking about that swimmer," according to a GMA source. "She couldn't come up with (eight-time gold-medal winner Michael) Phelps' name, and then she yammered on about how she was the one training for a triathlon just six months after giving birth, and how that was the big story right now, not ‘the swimmer.' "

This kind of thing is pretty funny really. She's wearing a fancy workout suit and doing press interviews for a triathlon that 's only a "baby" sized one for Hollywood stars. Have a look. She doesn't even know anything about the guy that just broke the Olympic record for gold medals.

The Jennifer Lopez pregnancy saga finally came to an end early this morning when she gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl. Now she a Marc Anthony can move into the whole parent phase.

The girl was born at 12:12 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz., and the boy followed at 12:23 a.m., weighing 6 lbs.

"Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon," Lopez's manager Simon Fields tells PEOPLE exclusively.

They're the first children for Lopez, 38, and the fourth and fifth for Anthony, 39. The couple celebrated the impending births with a baby shower in New York on Jan. 19. "They were just beaming the entire time," said one partygoer.

Of course the kids are already making bank since People paid 6 million dollars for the picture rights for the United States and OK! magazine paid another couple million for the international rights. Kids are cool, but I don't want to see any pictures of them that bad. Unless they're breast feeding. Ever notice when that happens, you just can't help but stare?

The New York Daily News is saying that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony might be ending the almost (but not quite) three year marriage and have reportedly separated. Supposedly they've argued a lot and Anthony is controlling and suffocating her.

Despite marriage counseling, the couple "had a huge argument" last summer, causing Lopez to flee to a friend's New York apartment, according to the mag.

Another argument came in December, OK! says. Instead of spending New Year's Eve together, the mag reports, Lopez came to a Miami party solo. "Marc expected Jennifer to follow him back to New York and beg for forgiveness, but she didn't," a friend tells OK!

"Marc is very machismo," the mag quotes a source as saying. "Marc won't let her even do a photo shoot by herself. He is always there watching, waiting."

At a Golden Globes party, "Marc [dragged] Jennifer away after spotting her dancing with another man. … He has also insisted that Jennifer sell her beloved Miami home and the Los Angeles house where they wed."

Of course the reps deny it and unnamed friends say everything is roses and sunshine with the couple. I guess we'll see.
