Oh, I almost forgot the news that Britney Spears has hired boyfriend Adnan Ghalib to be her errand bitch helper and is paying him to run errands, clean her house, and deal with the media. He's a great PR person after all. His experience as a photographer is perfect. Just last week I saw him leading her around by clutching her wrist and dragging her and then over the weekend, I saw him leading her around by clutching her wrist and dragging her. He's damn amazing.

The British boyfriend of Britney Spears is being paid by the fallen pop star to act as her glorified gofer, it has been revealed.

Photographer Adnan Ghalib is earning several thousand pounds a week for his services as a driver and assistant to Miss Spears, according to sources.

In addition, Birmingham-born Mr Ghalib, 35, has been cleaning the singer's house, running general errands and acting as her chief defender and representative in interviews.

Seemingly unconcerned by her new boyfriend's money-making pursuits, Miss Spears, 26, has been spending most of her time with Mr Ghalib, who recently moved into her Malibu mansion.

And over the weekend, according to a source, she bought him a brand new Mercedes to drive her around in.

"Britney is showering Adnan with gifts because she's desperate to hang on to him," a source told Mail Online.

I hope Kevin Federline feels a little bit safer when he sleeps at night now. He slapped Britney Spears with a restraining order because of her actions during the police stand-off with the kids.

Called an "emergency protective order," it is enforced for five business days. Officers did it to "stabilize the situation," confirmed Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Kaplan, who did not request the restraining order, declined to say whether he would seek to extend it.

"The person it's placed upon would have to stay approximately 100 feet from the other person, or face arrest," says LAPD spokesman Mike Lopez, who could not confirm the restraining order on Spears. "In most cases, it's issued by officers when there's the possibility of imminent and immediate danger to the victim."

It's come out that Lynne Spears told Kevin Federline about 16 year-old Jamie Lynn Spears being pregnant before Britney found out via the paparazzi.

"Lynne talks with him way more than she talks to Britney," a source tells Us.

"Lynne mentioned it to warn him that the media would be going crazy," another source adds. "But she asked him as a favor not to say anything to anyone. She wanted him to be prepared."

My family drama is pretty much confined to what our pets have been doing recently. I guess we all have a pretty lame lifestyle compared to those rich celebrity types.

Britney Spears is finally realizing that she's lost custody of her kids and is now trying to take some action. She wants the kids tested for second-hand marijuana because she believes Kevin Federline is smoking pot around them. She claims to smell it on them.

"She's asked the court-appointed monitor and her lawyers if they can prove the kids have been exposed to environments in which drugs have been taken," an insider says. They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they've returned from Kevin's place and have them analyzed in a lab.

It is believable, because Britney can smell a Taco Bell from 16 miles away and don't even think about hiding a frappuccino mocha latte anywhere in a two block radius. The fact remains that even high, K-Fed is probably a better parent.

Also, I posted a video the other day of Britney getting denied entrance into the Four Seasons parking garage and now we know why. It seems the hotel has given the party princess the boot.

We hear guests of the five-star establishment are fed up with all the unwanted attention drawn to their usually relaxing digs; an entrance swarming with feeding paparazzi is not exactly inviting. On top of that, the spectacle that is Miss Spears has been garnering so much negative press around her erratic rendezvous, that the hotel no longer desires to host the wayward popwreck.

The 25-year-old star was left in tears when she returned home from a night out at the five-star Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel at around 2am to find thieves had raided her $6 million property.

The burglars are believed to have made off with Britney's collection of raunchy homemade sex tapes as well as a selection of the singer's steamiest photographs.

Kevin Federline claims Britney Spears was abusive during their relationship, reports Life & Style.

In the custody case, the judge ordered Britney not to use corporal punishment on the boys. "Kevin asked for that," says the insider, "because he's scared she'll hit the kids, too."

A source close to Jamie - who Britney refuses to speak to after accusing him of cashing in on her fame - said: "He is consulting lawyers about the best way to help Britney.

"He feels they need to stage an intervention to get her into rehab or some kind of therapy.

"He is worried she is going to harm herself or the boys.

"Jamie is also concerned about her wild lifestyle. She is spending money like it is going out of fashion - checking into hotels when she has two homes in LA.

"He feels she should be putting the money aside for her kids."

The move comes after Britney's erratic behaviour appeared to be spiralling out of control.
