Vivica Fox was arrested back in March after passing a police car on the highway doing more than 80 mph in her Escalade. The police had charged her because she failed the field sobriety test and her blood alcohol level was over the legal limit. She was booked yesterday after a court no-show.

She may have dodged the court case, but then the judge advised she better get her butt in and get booked pronto or there would be trouble. She did exactly that proving you can never outrun a little thing called JUSTICE. And just to prove my point, here's some other celebrity arrest quickies of 2007:

Kiefer Sutherland surrendered to jail today to begin his 48-day sentence for his recent DUI arrest.

"Mr. Sutherland is very polite and humble. He was very cooperative during the booking process," said jail spokesman Officer John Balian. "He will be issued an orange jumpsuit, and will be housed alone in a cell, since he'll be a long-term inmate."

Sutherland will be assigned to laundry and kitchen duty, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to the other inmates. As an inmate worker, he'll be allowed the roam the jail "about 75 percent of the time" - rather than be confined to his cell all day - though the only time he'll be in contact with other inmates is when he's serving food, said Balian.

So Jack Bauer from 24 is now on the inside for 48 days. Is that some kind of joke? I'm not even sure. What I do know is if he had boobs and cried a lot he'd probably get early release just like Paris Hilton. Okay...she really doesn't have any boobs, but you get the point I was trying to make.

Just like his last DUI, Keifer Sutherland pleaded "no contest" to the charges in court yesterday to a misdemeanor drunk-driving charge. This time it looks like Jack Bauer is going to be in jail for 48 hours.

His attorney, Blair Berk, met with city prosecutors ahead of his scheduled arraignment next week. The Los Angeles City Attorney's office is recommending to the judge that Sutherland be sentenced to 48 days in jail - 30 days for the DUI conviction, and an additional 18 days for violating his probation.

The actor, 40, will be sentenced on Dec. 21.

"I'm very disappointed in myself for the poor judgment I exhibited recently, and I'm deeply sorry for the disappointment and distress this has caused my family, friends and co-workers on 24 and at 20th Century Fox," Sutherland said in a statement. "I appreciate the support and concern that has been extended to me these last weeks both personally and professionally."

Now this is what's wrong with our country. This is the second time with "no contest" both times and one day, he'll be driving again. I like Kiefer and all, but if you're convicted then you should lose your license. Forever.

In 2005 there was 16,885 people killed in alcohol-related motor vehicle crashes in the USA. How many people died in the WTC from terrorists? We've spent billions fighting them and they have no rights. Taking a license for life isn't that much to ask. Think about it.

That's right. The tough-guy Jack Bauer in the slammer! Kiefer Sutherland was busted last night for a DUI, but that's just the beginning of the story.

TMZ has learned that "24" star Kiefer Sutherland was busted on suspicion of DUI in West Hollywood last night, after allegedly blowing more than twice the legal limit of .08. This is the actor's second DUI in the past five years -- he was arrested in 2004. By California law, if he's convicted, he must serve a mandatory minimum of five days in jail.

Kiefer had already been busted for a DUI back in 2004. He had a .22 blood alcohol level and plead "no contest" to the charges. He got 5 years probation, which according to my calculations should end about...uh-oh...

Now here's where the news gets worse: Guess who the judge was in the 2004 case? That would be Judge Michael Sauer, the guy who threw the book at Paris Hilton for violating her probation. And remember, Paris was not drunk when she was driving on a suspended license -- and she was sentenced to 45 days in jail!
