Celebitchy has a the above photo in non-censured form that was supposedly taken from a video shot on a cell phone by Lindsay Lohan's ex-boyfriend Callum Best. There were once some rumors of naked pictures of her that he had. I posted about them here and back then it was said:

Now on Celebitchy they've posted more about this whole scandal. Rather than quote them, just head over and read it. Head over. Get that? I kill me.

As for the picture, it does look like Lindsay to me and I'm actually impressed. We've heard she's a little sex freak and it seems she's got some good technique going on there.

Lindsay Lohan is supposedly considering posing nude in the pages of Playboy. Rather than just being herself though, she's supposedly considering impersonating Marilyn Monroe again because of all the publicity it's gotten.

THE PROS and cons on Lindsay Lohan appearing as Marilyn Monroe for New York mag continue apace. The publication has all but imploded. Their Web site collapsed under constant hits!

Now we hear Lindsay is tempted to continue her nude homage to MM. Playboy's Hugh Hefner has offered the young star the chance to re-create Marilyn's famed nude swim from the unfinished film "Something's Got To Give."

Playboy is just so tame that I'm not even going to be impressed if she actually does it. Sure, the Hef might be asking her to get naked and then she does...big deal. Lindsay takes her clothes off for a lot of guys. I don't even think she really cares about paying some kind of tribute to Marilyn Monroe either. She just likes getting naked and wants to do it in a way that people can't call her a whore.

Lindsay Lohan settled a lawsuit filed by Raymundo Ortega after she hit his van in October 2005. Witnesses said Lindsay and her assistant were speeding along Robertson Blvd in her Mercedes and busboy Raymundo left the curb and made an illegal u-turn in front of her. She was reportedly speeding at the time of the accident, but never got a ticket.

Lindsay Lohan has settled a suit filed by a busboy seeking $200,000 over a 2005 car crash in Beverly Hills, TMZ.com reports.

Raymundo Ortega, who was injured in the crash, had faulted Lohan and accused her of drinking at The Ivy before incident. Cops had blamed Ortega and his suit against The Ivy was dropped last month, TMZ reports.

Sounds like this guy took Lindsay for a ride and it probably was his fault the whole time. I'm surprised Lindsay just didn't offer to sleep with the guy too, but then she normally does that for free.
