A separate source tell us Ariva - the quit-smoking tobacco lozenge she has been unofficially promoting - paid her a sum in the mid-five figures this week.

Officially, Ariva reps have denied it is paying Lohan - possibly because of all the recent paparazzi pics of her smoking.

Vivica Fox was arrested back in March after passing a police car on the highway doing more than 80 mph in her Escalade. The police had charged her because she failed the field sobriety test and her blood alcohol level was over the legal limit. She was booked yesterday after a court no-show.

Orange you glad I didn't say banana?

Lindsay Lohan must be using that horrible spray-tan stuff, but on some skin tones it's downright yucky and the result is that unnatural orange. That spray has to be toxic or something. Recently she was spotted out in her trademark tank top cleavage dress, which is a good move because her cleavage works as a distraction from the weird face color.
