Mischa Barton was photographed just a bit ago with bare breasts and cellulite on her butt. It's helping to uncover a vast conspiracy though. It seems that some unknown "group" is out there trying to doctor photos of her and add fake cellulite via photoshop.

The fetching starlet is doubly horrified by a new batch of paparazzi beach shots - because they show not only her breasts, but legs that appear to be riddled with cellulite.

"Those photos are doctored," Barton's rep, Lisa Perkins, tells us. "I'm not saying she's perfect, nobody is. But they've given a 22-year-old woman the legs and bottom of an 80-year-old."

"Look at the shots that were taken shortly before on a beach in L.A. Did she develop all that cellulite in a couple of weeks? There's a lot you can do with Photoshopping.

Mischa Barton was busted for DUI after being spotted weaving around on the road. Now she's going to cut a deal so she doesn't end up in jail.

The former O.C. star will plead no contest to DUI at her arraignment Thursday in Beverly Hills court, and agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term, the source says.

Barton will also be sentenced to a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700. In addition, a marijuana possession charge against the actress will be dropped, due to the small amount found. Another charge of driving without a license will be reduced to an infraction, according to the source.

It seems that actress Mischa Barton is now on the celebrity DUI list for 2007 by sliding in an arrest just days before the end of the year.

Mischa Barton has been arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license, according to a report.

The actress, 21, was pulled over early around 3 a.m. this morning in West Hollywood, according to the Web site, Hollyscoop.com.

She is still in custody, TMZ.com reports, and is being held on $10,000 bail.

This story is still developing, so I though I might as well just have these pictures of Mischa and her amazing "mom pants" that display an amazing amount of camel-toe. I don't think this is going to help offset the Maxim photo shoot that she did for the December 2007 issue. All that good PR is now just as wasted as she probably was last night.
