Nick Hogan is going to be 18 this Sunday and so for a present we should send him some soap-on-a-rope. He's going to be moved into a place where dropping the soap is not advisable.

Bollea, who has been housed with other juveniles at Pinellas County Jail, will be moved to an adult facility on Sunday, aka his 18th birthday. It's an open dormitory type of setting where he'll be in close contact with other adult inmates. The inmates are either awaiting sentencing or have already been sentenced in cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.

Hulk Hogan was on Larry King Live last night to provide some type of damage control due to the prison tapes released of conversations with his son Nick Hogan (Nick Bollea) who's serving time for the car accident that put John Grazianao in a coma. In one of the calls, Hulk had blamed John for being a bad person in a "God will get you" type of statement and here on Larry King he says he's sorry, but he was trying to save his son's mental health.

Nick pretty much killed his best-friend and just a couple weeks (not a month like Hogan claimed) later, he was wanting to get home detention so he could have internet porn and Xbox 360 his time away. Spoiled little turd.

That's right, Nick Hogan (aka Nick Bollea) is now in a new cell with three other juvenile roommates. The authorities said that it wasn't because of all the publicity, but that the opportunity to do this just came up due to jail conditions.

He initially was segregated because he is a minor, albeit convicted in adult court. A judge denied a transfer request from his lawyers on Tuesday.

Pinellas County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Cecilia Barreda says housing assignments are routinely reviewed because the jail's population constantly changes. That created an opportunity to house juveniles together.

How awesome for Nick that he can be a man-wife now. His roommates are probably asking if he wants to be the husband or the wife. Nick will say husband and then they say great...turn around so your wife can do you. That joke is so much better with profanity. Yes, I'm keeping it clean.

Poor Nick Hogan (aka Nick Bollea) is not getting out of solitary confinement anytime soon. A judge has ruled that he's going to stay put and serve out the rest of his sentence.

Bollea's lawyer filed a motion on Monday asking that his client be put on house arrest until he turns 18 on July 27. A lawyer for the Graziano family told TMZ.com that they opposed the motion "with every fiber of their being."

According to TMZ.com, Bollea complained that it "wasn't fair" he was in solitary confinement because he could not be placed with the general population.

In a jail house call released between Bollea and his mother Linda, he says, "I'm going crazy in this room, it's like half the size of my bathroom and no windows or nothing. Like just one little, like, you know, cot bed thing."

I suppose he expected much large accommodations, but those always come with a price. Sometimes it's a few cigarettes and other times it's a large boyfriend named Estoban who doesn't care about your feelings and only sees you as a sex object. Solitary isn't really so bad by comparison.

I heard this the other day watching TMZ on television and it's another recorded jail phone call of Nick Hogan talking to his father Hulk Hogan. You can listen to the whole thing here:

Hulk seems to really think that John Graziano must have deserved his permanent coma somehow and that God is punishing him a s a result. I thought it was because Nick was driving like an idiot trying to race his car, but what do I know?

Hulk Hogan: Well, I don’t know what type of person John was, or what he did to get himself in this situation, I know he was pretty aggressive, and he used to yell at people and he used to do stuff and..., but for some reason man, God laid some heavy shit on that kid, man, I don’t know what he was into...

Nick Hogan: John was a negative person.

Hulk Hogan: He was what?

Nick Hogan: He was a negative person.

Then they start talking about making a new reality show about Nick is getting back on his feet and that Nick wants to do it however he can make the most money. They even discuss a couple name options. I think it should be called Nick Hogan: Not In A Coma.

It's pretty interesting to hear the recorded call that AOL has between Nick Hogan and his mother Linda. They mention how much the punishment is "BS" and "ridiculous" while he cries and cries. Linda goes on about how crazy it is that poor Nick is stuck in a room and doesn't even have a window. They seem to think that the punishment is worse then the Judge would have wanted.

I'm not sure they actually understand the words jail or punishment. They seem to think he should be at home where he can get catered food, internet access, phone calls when he wants, and Xbox 360 his punishment away. It's not summer vacation folks. Duh!
