You probably remember Nick Hogan who was in an accident with his Toyota Supra that was "not high speed" and how he then went to jail and all that. The police just released photos of the accident and it sure looks like some high speed to me. His passenger John Graziano has not regained consciousness, but has supposedly been progress for the last few months.

Graziano, 23, remains in critical condition at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center, where Graziano's parents and attorneys appeared briefly Wednesday afternoon to address journalists. His parents did not comment.

Graziano was injured Aug. 26 when he was a passenger in a Toyota Supra driven by Nick Bollea, 17. The Supra went out of control on a street near downtown Clearwater, spun and crashed into a palm tree with its back end. Witnesses say Bollea and another driver were racing, and Bollea faces a felony charge of reckless driving with serious bodily injury.

Graziano family attorneys spoke to reporters Wednesday after Clearwater police released hundreds of photos taken by police that night, both at the crash and the hospital where Bollea and Graziano were taken. The photos were released in response to public records requests from journalists.

Many of the photos show the degree to which Bollea's car was mangled by its impact with the tree. Others, too graphic to print, show Graziano, his head bleeding and on a breathing tube, lying under a sheet. In one, a dressing is lifted to show a large gash in his forehead.

The St. Petersburg Times is speculating that Hulk Hogan's impending divorce from wife Linda Bollea could just be a scam to protect some of the family money in the event they get sued over the car accident son Nick Hogan had that left his passenger in a coma.

The pending divorce between Terry and Linda Bollea could serve as a strategic move in a civil suit over the wreck that critically injured a young man riding with their son.

That's the opinion of Kimberley Kohn, a Tampa attorney who represents Ed Graziano, the father of injured passenger John Graziano.

That would be a pretty sneaky way of doing things, but for some reason I doubt it. The rumors of problems in the marriage go back much farther then the accident.

Still, Kohn said Monday a divorce could be one step the Bolleas could take to try to protect assets. That's because it could cut Terry Bollea's assets in half, she said.

I'm guessing since this is the lawyer for that Graziano family, they're just trying to get the idea of a conspiracy out there to help their case.

Seems like Linda Hogan's finally had enough of the Hulk-a-mania. Just Friday night the news broke that Linda filed for divorce from husband Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea) after 24 years of marriage. That's got to hurt more then getting slammed to the canvas.

What's really lame is Huilk had no idea until a reporter broke the news to him. Ouch!

According to the St. Petersburg Times, a Times reporter reportedly broke the news to Hogan on Friday night.

He thanked the reporter for the "great information" then called back five minutes later to say, "I'm kind of shocked. You caught me off-guard. My wife has been in California for about three weeks. ... Holy smokes. Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me. ... I just pulled over to the side of the road for five minutes to find out what was going on here."

I mentioned back in April that there were rumors of a divorce, but on their show Hogan Knows Best it looked like the couple worked things out. This is the complete family tragedy though. Divorce, the car accident that Nick had, and I'm sure the television series is doomed. Meanwhile, Brooke Hogan got some sun since she's the only one holding things together.

Nick Hogan had that car crash August 26th 2007 that left his friend and passenger John Graziano in a coma. Now in a video that's come out from 2005, Linda Hogan is seen racing another car on the street with her daughter Brooke as a passenger. Have a look.

In a recent ABC interview, Hulk and Nick say they're all very affected by the accident and when asked point blank about her comments...Linda completely denies ever having said how she loved the rush, the racing, dodging cops, etc. Even when the interviewer says that he's seen the footage of her making the comments, she says she didn't say them. Even though the PR machine is saying the crash was not high speed related and Nick Hogan's passenger didn't have his seatbelt on, this video taken from a security camera appears to show the two cars at the stoplight just before the crash. There's a car in front of Nick that moves out of the way right near the end.

You see Nick's car pony up to the line and then both cras take off together. Eyewitness reports that Nick and his buddy were drag racing and that's sort of what it looked like to me.

Back in August, Nick Hogan the son of the Hulkster was racing his 2007 Toyota Supra doing 60 mph in a 40 mph zone. He lost control and hit a tree with the following results.

Nick had no real injuries but his passenger John Graziano is still in critical condition in a coma. The guy might never come out of it according to the doctors. Earlier today Nick turned himself over to the police.

Charges against the teen include reckless driving involving serious bodily injury in connection (a third-degree felony, punishable by a maximum five years in prison); using a motor vehicle in commission of a felony; being under age 21 and operating a vehicle while having a breath-alcohol level of .02 percent or higher; and having illegal window tinting, reports the St. Petersburg Times.

You can go read more from the source, like how John wasn't wearing his seatbelt and how it wasn't really a high-speed accident supposedly, but that car is pretty destroyed. They're even tossing in illegal window tinting to the charges. I think little Nicky is going to be in some big trouble.

In related news, I'm glad I don't have my sports car anymore. It was damn fast, but the lesson here is you can't outrun death. Just slow your roll and let death pass right on by.
