Paris Hilton is upset about all her personal stuff being sold. She didn't really seem to mind the sex videos and all that, but the photos and films of her doing cocaine and smoking pot must have put her over the top.

Paris Hilton filed a federal lawsuit Monday, seeking to shut down a Web site that displays personal photos, videos, diaries, and other belongings once kept at a storage facility.

The Web site was launched last week claiming the items were auctioned off after Hilton neglected to pay the Los Angeles-area storage facility. It also promises visitors who pay a fee of $39.97 access to Hilton's passport, medical records and other legal documents.

In her lawsuit, Hilton said she put her possessions in storage two years ago when she and her sister, Nicky, moved out of a house that had been burglarized.

Yeah, she's pissed and yet the people who sold her stuff got like $10 million dollars for it. Go figure.

It seems the media gem Paris Hilton has done it again. It seems she moved a whole bunch of her stuff into storage sometime back and then didn't pay a $208 and it was all auctioned off. The collection was obtained by Phoenix-based broker David Hans Schmidt and is rumored to contain items of a very personal nature.

After One Night in Paris, what more is there left to see of the tabloid-friendly title character?

Plenty, according to the minds behind parisexposed.com, a subscription-based Website launched Tuesday that is offering access to a load of Paris Hilton's personal items in exchange for a monthly fee.

The site, which charges $39.97 and is teasing potential subscribers with a video still of Hilton soaking in a bubble bath, boasts that its brain trust has "retrieved, catalogued, itemized and digitized every last item" seized from a Los Angeles storage facility in November 2005, when Hilton apparently failed to pay a $208 bill for her sizable locker.

Having access to Paris Hilton's personal crap for $39.97 a month seems like paying someone to shoot you in the foot. She not even hot, but there are plenty fools who will pay for this at ParisExposed.com.

Oh well...it's dirt.

It seems that a casting call is going out for a potential reality show called Virgin Territory. Jenna Jameson and Paris Hilton have supposedly been contacted about doing it. I'm sure this whole thing is just media hype and all. Seriously, just look at their website where the Executive Producer looks like some sad wannabe pimp. There are looking for:

You must be a male between the ages of 18 & 34 and have no sexual intercourse experience (in other words- be a virgin).

When you think of Paris Hilton and Jenna Jameson, the last thing you probably think is ... virgins.

And yet, sources tell TMZ that famed on-camera sexhibitionists Hilton and Jameson have been contacted about "participating" in a reality show currently in production called "Virgin Territory," in which a group of the uninitiated will find their way to the promised land. Ironically, it's being brought to TV by the purveyor of Paris' sex tape, Kevin Blatt, who predicts that even more people will watch "Territory" than "One Night in Paris," Hilton's infamous night-visioned romp.

I'm pretty sure Jenna and Paris would be giving advice, but have you seen Paris give advice in that one show she had? Her character was like a spoiled, bratty, rich kid that keeps messing with people simply to amuse herself at their expense. Oh, wait...that wasn't a character.

Anyway, the other option is to actually sleep with a porn star or a pretentious you-know-what and end up with an STD. Pass.

THIS is why we will never stop drunk driving and as a result save a few lives. Paris Hilton pleads "no contest" on her DUI case, which means "yes, I drove drunk."

She gets 36 months probation, a $1,500 fine (she probably has that in her ashtray in the car), and forced to attend an alcohol education program.

He gave Hilton the option of reducing her probation to 24 months if she completed 40 hours of community service. No immediate decision was made on that option. The fines, plus penalty assessments, totaled about $1,500.

"The city attorney believes that this is a fair disposition to this case," said Assistant City Attorney Ellen Sarmiento.

Hilton's publicist, Elliot Mintz, said he spoke with her after the proceeding. "She told me that she was happy the matter is over," said Mintz, without further comment.

They might well have said, she's rich so we're going to leave her alone. Everyone I have heard of that gets a DUI doesn't get to keep their license. When will people figure out that harsher consequences will actually stop the problem?

Ok people, I now believe that K-Fed is the better of this pair. Why? Why you ask? Well, let me tell you a little story about Britney Spears.

First she's been all over town for at least a week with her new BFF Paris Hilton (that's Best Friend Forever for you old-timers) and during that week she's picked Paris as a role model, blasted music until the cops were called, been drinking and driving without many clothes on, dropping her pants in a club, flashing her ummm...not wearing underwear (link is safe but I won't vouch for their links), and now....

I mean seriously WHAT THE HELL? Of the whole last week, this is like one of the only pictures I can show that isn't rated adult. And make no mistake, I've seen some other pictures and Paris is totally groping on her breast. It's so sad that it's almost like some weird kind of child abuse or something.

Britney has lost her freaking mind. I now truly believe Kevin was the smart and sane one.

So check out this little party trio. It's like a Holly-wierd bedtime story The Three Little Attention Whores or something. They have been making the rounds lately and here's some of the scoops.

First, I won't even reference the links (ok, just one that has it all). you can Google them yourselves, but Britney is divorcing the Big Bad Wolf. That you knew.

Lindsay's has been all over the gossip scene complaning that Paris hit her with a drink and she's was very upset about it causing her house of straw to collapse.

Britney has also had two or three episodes of the "short skirt no panties" move that Paris is so fond of and Lindsay actually tried out in Italy a couple months back. So much for the house of wood.

What's more, Paris has had both Britney and Lindsey over to her house of brick to party the night away again, and again, and again. It's like one big attention festival that includes drinking, drama, and crazy clothes...but without underwear obviously.

There MUST be a better way to get yourself back into public eye then this. I'm also wondering...didn't Britney have kids at one point? Hmmmm.
