Just days after his serious car-crash and surgery,  news has come out that Morgan Freeman is getting a divorce after 23 years of marriage to Myrna Colley-Lee.

Mississippi-based attorney Bill Luckett tells Access Hollywood the couple "are involved in a divorce action."

Luckett adds that "for legal and practical purposes, [Freeman and Colley-Lee] have been separated since December of 2007."

Scarlett Johansson talked about her sex scenes with co-star Javier Bardem in Vicky Cristina Barcelona and says it's all really no big deal..

"It's just so not a big deal," she explained. "I think also because half the crew is standing around eating sandwiches, it really takes the edge off.

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are still dating seriously, but the recent gossip about a marriage or her wanting to get pregnant are not true according to her rep.

OK! claims Aniston, 39, is planning a low-key wedding with John Mayer this fall. The tabloid also offers up elaborate details: She will wear a Vera Wang dress, there will orchids everywhere and they will serve champagne and caviar. "She’s at an age where she is thinking with her head not just her heart,” OK! quotes a source as saying.

But her rep tells Usmagazine.com: "She is not getting married."

Meanwhile, Star claims in its latest issue that she is going to have Mayer's baby "as Brad and Angie's twins wow the world."

Says Aniston's rep: "Both headlines are complete fabrications."

So there you have it. I never believe that stuff anyway and repeating might just jinx their whole relationship and that's not cool.

Patrick Swayze seems to be really doing well after the announcement sometime back that he has cancer.

"Patrick looked healthy. He's put on weight," a fellow patron reports. "Around 3 a.m., Patrick raised his glass for a toast with a group of friends, and then everyone did a shot."

Back in March, Patrick Swayze supposedly only had five weeks to live and now he's updating all of us as to his condition.

"Thought I'd give you guys a little update. Lisa and I have been back and forth from New Mexico enjoying the arrival of spring and new baby calves. This past weekend, we spent a fun time with friends in Reno for Lisa's birthday, where I took her jewelry shopping at Kenny G & Company and (we) were able to find her something really special and much deserved! In the meantime, I am continuing treatment at Stanford and the great news is I continue to respond well."

Yesterday I told you about the National Enquirer "reporting" Patrick Swayze had only 5 weeks to live? Like I alluded to, the Enquirer wasn't entirely accurate. It's now better news for Patrick and his battle with pancreatic cancer.

"Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far," Dr. George Fisher says in a statement. "All of the reports stating the time frame of his prognosis and his physical side effects are absolutely untrue. We are considerably more optimistic."

The actor's rep adds: "Patrick is continuing his normal schedule during this time, which includes working on upcoming projects. The outpouring of support and concern he has already received from the public is deeply appreciated by Patrick and his family.

The day is now brighter and if there's one thing I've learned about Patrick Swayze over the years, it's never count him out of the game because like a Red Dawn he'll come out of the mountains and screw with you. Not even tanks or a big helicopter with rockets will save you. Then he'll do some Dirty Dancing and take your woman and toss your ass out of the Roadhouse. And if you manage kill him, he'll come back as a Ghost and screw with you some more. Basically he's like Chuck Norris with better dance moves.

The National Enquirer is reporting (yes, I realize the irony there) that actor Patrick Swayze has pancreatic cancer that has spread to his other organs and he only has five weeks to live.

For the past month, Patrick, 55, has been traveling to Stanford University's prestigious cancer center in Palo Alto for radical chemotherapy, but his doctors are no longer optimistic that the treatments will be successful.

Patrick and his wife Lisa Niemi - who both have pilot's licenses - have been flying their private Beechcraft plane into Palo Alto's airport, minutes away from the Stanford Cancer Center, where the actor has received outpatient treatment.

He received three doses of chemotherapy and the tumor shrank, but less than his doctors had hoped for - and Patrick was told he should prepare for the end.

"He was told he could have two more treatments, but his cancer was not responding. In short - they held out little hope for a cure," said an insider.
