Tila Tequila's new girlfriend Courtenay Semel got a little rowdy and then supposedly hit a hotel security guard on the head while in Las Vegas. Wonder if she was just being crazy or if she had a shot or two of tequila. Oh!

Semel, 28, daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel and star of E!'s Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, was not arrested, but she must pay a fine or face a Las Vegas justice court judge.

Las Vegas Metro Police Officer Jay Rivera tells PEOPLE that Semel "struck a hotel security guard in the back of the head" during an altercation at 4 a.m. Wednesday.

Katherine Heigl got in trouble by a cop for littering. I know, in this politically correct world where everyone is trying to act all "green" it's amazing the cop didn't shoot her on sight.

After lunching with her mom at P.F. Chang's in Santa Monica recently, the actress had to sweet-talk her way out of a ticket for tossing her cigarette on the ground right in front of a policeman on a bike.

"The officer told Katherine to pick up the butt and throw it away in the trash, 10 feet away," the source says. "He added that he'd fine her next time he catches her tossing trash on the sidewalk."

According to ET, Disneyland is throwing the Hannah Montana star a lavish, "once-in-a-lifetime" birthday bash on Oct. 5. The private party will also include some deserving young people from Youth Service America, who've been making a difference in their communities.

Miley's fans will also have the opportunity to join in as well! A limited number of $250 tickets to the event--"Miley's Sweet 16--Share the Celebration," go on sale on August 30 at 9 a.m.

Singer Alanis Morissette isn't worried about getting old. She actually likes the whole transformation and no doubt she won't get any surgery to keep herself looking young.

"I'm fascinated by aging and how a woman's body changes," Morissette, 34, tells Women's Health's September issue.

Tila Tequila didn't have her shot at love with the winner of her reality show, so now she's hitting the public eye with a new girlfriend Courtenay Semal.

A beaming Tequila told PEOPLE she "didn't want to jinx anything" about their relationship, but said she was very happy.

Semel, however, happily shared her feelings for the MTV reality star. "I'd seen the show [A Shot at Love] and just needed to meet her...and it just happened," Semel says of Tequila. Now the "best friends" are content to lay in bed watching movies, share clothes and makeup and steer clear of drama.

"There are no games," says Tequila. "It's true what they say about lesbians-you meet and then the next day you move in together, because I can't get rid of her. She pretty much lives at my house."

So Lynne Spears is supposed to be having her big book of motherhood coming out, but when is that supposed to happen? I's seems there's plenty of confusion out there, which is probably similar to Lynne's motherhood advice.

However, they should have done some fact checking - a source inside Thomas Nelson, the book's publisher, confirms to OK! that Lynne's first stab at writing will indeed hit stands as planned on Sept. 16.

Kristy Morgan is the a former Playboy who refused to take the key and just a few minutes after the show's finale aired on television, Tila posted an angry poem on her MySpace page (Explicit Language):

Supposedly, reality TV star Tila Tequila isn't the bi-sexual she claims to be on her MTV show A Shot at Love.

The gay-for-pay bikini babe stars in a "A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila," about her search for the perfect mate - male or female. But it's "all a sham," says a source close to the show. "Tila has and has had a boyfriend for over a year, and she's not really bi. She's made out with some girls in her past, as all girls have, but she is not bi at all."
